If someone thinks insas business moats will deteriorate in next two years, then it is better not to buy BOTH INSAS and Warrants.

Posted by WellnessAntiCancer > 2024-02-24 21:39 | Report Abuse

I’m not an expert in charting.

But isn’t it true that insas has stayed above 90sen for over 3 weeks and stabilise at new base 1.10-1.26?

Posted by WellnessAntiCancer > 2024-02-24 21:47 | Report Abuse

Messrs SSLEE and other high dividends seekers ,

Profitable information. I’ve identified two stocks in other forum group that pays high dividends.

One of them is CONFIRMED paying 7.6% yield with ex date April 8. Act quick for low hanging fruits harvest.

Much higher than Insas 2.5 Sen or 2.1%

Warrants will expire in Jan 2026 and if insas shares remain RM1.18 , then insas warrants is worthless or out of money?

Allow me to explain:
If Insas remain at RM 1.18 then you can exercise the conversion by paying 90 sen to Insas to convert Insas-WC to Insas share. Thus theoretically Insas-WC is worth RM (1.18-0.9) = RM 0.28

By the way Insas do not have any business moats. What insas have is a cash hoard of over RM 1 billion now and it will depend on BOD and Management to use the cash hoard into new investment/business to generate more revenue and earning.

If insas fail to do so then Insas will remain a value trap.

Posted by WellnessAntiCancer > 2024-02-24 21:52 | Report Abuse

Insas WB timing is different from insas WC.

WB expired when inari was worth rough estimate RM5billion

WC is expiring at 2026 with inari Ametron already valued at RM12BILLION.

What happened to WB is not necessarily mean same fate as WC simply because insas has added assets and BOOK value worth BILLIONS!!!

Posted by WellnessAntiCancer > 2024-02-24 21:54 | Report Abuse

Good point to emphasise risk of warrants out of money.

Agree that cash is not moat

Insas moats is in its collection of businesses.

Similar to Sime Darby moats by owning Toyota franchise n PERODUA brand,

Do notice that Insas Key Directors are sitting on Inari , M&A BOD to guard their interests.

If insas doesn’t have moats, why can the BOD significantly influence Inari, M&A BOD decisions?

I have traded during the last RPS RI, selling Offer Rights, 80% of mother shares close to a Ringgit and balance becomes zero cost. (Will find time to dig out the traded record for sharing). Hopefully, will only be trapped until close to NTA; will consider ‘untrap’..

Note: Recently insas sold 10 million inari and 100 million M&A shares.

Insas’s revenue and earnings are volatile, and as such, the Group needs to maintain sufficient cash reserves to meet funding requirements and to invest in any good investment opportunities that may come along.

Does Company have any involvement in glove manufacturing and status ?

Insas has invested 30% equity interest in the glove manufacturing company in Kulim which is involved in the manufacturing and sale of industrial and examination gloves.

Despite the drop in the average selling price of examination gloves, the glove manufacturing company remains profitable for the past few months.
