Know why I bought jayatiasa?

You need to read the financial report: P&L, cash flow and balance sheet. Then you need to monitor the monthly FFB production and CPO daily spot price.

The stock price can just go up or down depend on sentiment but the trend will go up or down denpend on the company quarterly earning.

I just received my daily morning report from my broker which shows that foreign funds were net sellers in KLSE yesterday. This is bad news because if foreign funds continue to sell down, our KLSE CI will reverse, retailers will start to lose confidence. And Insas ..... Insas will be extremely difficult to reach 60 ringgit.

Based on latest QR Insas net cash after deducting loans/borrowings (but not preference shares) is about RM900 million which is around RM1.30 per share. Who in the right mind would sell Insas at RM1.09?

KUALA LUMPUR: Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) should be acknowledged any weaknesses in term of services and improve from time to time.

Deputy Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture Khairul Firdaus Akbar Khan said however he is aware that there are already many reforms that have been carried out by KLIA management currently.

“As Malaysians we have to see what is the main reason why KLIA has been recognised as one of the airports that does not provide the best service.

“But with so many reforms seen made by the KLIA management, it shows the continuous efforts are ongoing but whatever weaknesses found must be acknowledged and improved,” he said.

He told reporters after a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Signing Ceremony and the Presentation of the Malaysian Handicraft Standard today.

Recently, a website (Businessfinancing.co.uk) listed KLIA as the eighth worst airport in Asia based on sharing experiences of business travellers.

Please have a look at SAB, your previous employer in your early part of your long career. :-)
The company's financial accounts are easier to read and comprehend.
They retained so much cash and still paid the same small amount of dividends.
Imagine, if you can play activist to t his stock, it might be worth a lot more today, price wise.

I leave SAB in year 2001 and former CEO the late Dato' Loh pass away with resulting family members fighting among each other. Since then no new projects was implemented. SAB is now living on what the late Dato' Loh had built.

I had my highest respect and profound memories of SAB founder the late Dato' Loh. So out of this respect I will not comment on internal affair of SAB.
