Tan Sri delisted Cosway tht time from HKEX because it faced problems in penetrating mainland market due to its multi level marketing concept... After delisting, it attempted to transform Cosway thro Pharmacist concept...and gradually more and more outlet being transform... and I believe it may be soon go back to conquer China market once again!... Ocoz.. it will relist Cosway back to stock exchange! Disclaimer... it is still a teka teki...but worth to share my view here!

before the Cosway was privatised, it had contributed consistently around RM 150mil net profit each yr..to the company... but due to the transformation.. it made a huge provision for it...and therefore affecting its bottom lines... but this will be end af the completion of the transformation process..

when people thought tan sri is crocodile, I assume tan sri is a business man wth vision.. and he is among the youngest 1st generation whc build the empire frm null... ocoz.. I do hope his 2nd generation Robin can maintain the momentum of growth...and even better than tan sri.. I built my 1st pail of capital wth tan sri in 2007, ie when it was all time low at 0.26... Buaya? haha.. all bisnes man and also investors are buaya...as well.. we cant blame others...instead, we r accountable for our decision..

It is smart move for Bjcorp to utilize cash proceed from private placement of Bjauto (share price at all time high) to increase stake in undervalue Bjtoto (share price at all time low).

Bjtoto is cash generating subsidiary, payout all of its earning as dividend, undervalue (PE<14x) yield more than 7%, with more than 50% stake, bjcorp entitle most of these cash dividend, improving bjcorp own cash flow.

On the other hand, decrease stake in bjauto through private placement, realize handsome gain as the placement price is almost at market value RM 3.20 compared to its cost of investment merely 70sen, a 3.5x higher than its initial cost of investment

Bjcorp is a stone that in process of polishing. One day will become gem. But need patient of us.
Still remember my first time know bjcorp was 10 years ago. When it relist as bjcorp from bjgroup. The price was down from RM1 to least at 0.12. Those senior must remember that. I was collected more than 100k at average 0.15. But sold all too early when it was 0.25. After that it shoot up to 1.50. A big loss for me due to inpatiently. After few year wait. I think now was the time to grap back bjcorp. Hope this time can go double. But sure it need time. Haha...

Yes,

I bought BJ Group at RM2.20 because it gave 4 free Iculs. That was I think just after the Asian Financial Crisis. On Ex Date BJ Group went limit down twice to about RM1.40 & I sold off BJ Group. And On Weakness I bought More BJ Group Iculs. As time goes BJ Groupr ICuls rebounded strongly & I sold all with still a small profit.

7 Years later in Year 2006 I saw BJ Corp at 12.5 cents. It was really cheap then. Its NTA was about the same. The entire Investment Crowd has been totally disappointed with this Bombed Out BJ Corp & called VT conman by now.

So widespread is the pessimism that nobody wanted anything to do with VT Counters.

Then I saw 3 things

1) BJ Corp started to take BJ Capital, Cosway & Dunham Bush private
2) NTA Suddenly leaped to over RM1.00
3) TSVT Himself buying & buying BJ Corp shares in the absence of good news

So I bought 100,000 shares of BJ Corp against the Advise of even my remisier. BJ Corp shot up like a Rocket to cross RM1.50 by 2007.

So I sold all.

After 7 years I noticed the same scene repeating itself

BJ Corp NTA is now RM1.30
TSVT & Insiders are buying
BJ Corp now have even more Profit Making Companies
And BJ Corp got Valuable Lands & Assets in these 7 years of Great Housing Boom. All still at Old Book Value.

How can I miss?

This is the third time 0.455 is tested. Hopefully break it. Break it to 0.40 then everybody is happy. Reach to 0.40 not immediate rise. Still need to wait for quite long. Flat in 0.40 until February 2015.

Good, Bjcorp aside increase stake in Bjtoto, also resume its own share buyback now. Wisely use cash proceed from private placement of Bjauto to reinvest own undervalue share + subsidary Bjtoto.

Bjcorp share buyback, bought 3.44m share or 66% of today total volume, all at 47.5sen, increase stake by 0.07% to 3.89% in treasury stock now.
