Why BJ Corp sold BJ Auto?

1) BJ Auto has Gone Up 100%? 200%

2) Eastspring Investment is also Bullish & Chasing Up BJ Auto

3) And Cars like Properties & Commodities are cyclical in nature.

4) So since Price is Already UP SO MUCH It is Wise To Take Some Profit & Rotate into laggards. Warren Buffet rebalanced his portfolio once a while while Peter Lynch do it all the time with his 2,000 over stocks.

Now let's see

1) Redtone? Why

a) A telco is recession proof
b) VT already got U Mobile. So is there a link?

2) BJ toto

Again recession proof. Gambling is a far worse addiction than smoking and drinking.

3) BJ Lands

Wow! This is the best move. BJ Lands Assets are priced as low as MUI Groups assets. See the prime lands in Batu Pahat? One of 5 High Speed Bullet Train Stops. Currently, Batu Pahat lands are even more expensive than those in Iskandar. I think it's worth RM1 Billions now even before the Upsurge cause by Bullet train.

So locking in high profit BJ Auto shares for other undervalue defense shares is a wise move.

Yes,

I once bought Lafarge at 66 cents and all other cement companies.

If I were to say that Lafarge will trade at RM2.50 many will think I am bullish or foolish?

Ha! As it turned out beyond my wildest dream Lafarge turned into a Blue Chip.

I bought these 5 Cement Companies

1) Lafarge at 66 cents - Turned to Blue Chip at over RM10.00

2) Tasek at RM2.90 - Another Blue Chip crosses RM13.00

3) CMSB at RM2.20 - Wow! Another Blue Chip over RM10 & split

4) YTL Cement at RM2.40 - YTL Took it private when price doubled.

5) CIMA - So profitable UEM took it private.


So We Must Learn To DREAM BIG!

The importance thing in invest assets rich company like Bjcorp is TIME. I believe many od us here is at 35-45 range of age, and to reach our golden age still at least 10 year ahead, afford to wait and if bjcorp double to 80sen in 5 year, then average return is 20% pa, if need take 10 year time, then average return is still 10% pa. In the meantime, long term and value investor can reap steady dividend yield at 2.5% pa, just less than 1 % lower than FD

At end of day I only got 10,000 shares at 41 cents
So my investment today totalled Rm4,150 only.

I like Bj Corp as it gives the best value currently.

If not wrong, VT son or cousin worked with Goldman Sachs before, they know very well which companies are valuable, win win situation. So far I see in BjCorp and Bjland with so many foreign investors, even more than Genting group.

Bjland just cancel the nego of selling China mall, some other plans?

bjland? its Vietnam project since 2010 has been put on hold until now and great mall china is another kantoi project... bjtoto? just a dividen player but growth is stagnant... bj auto is just a cyclic business and it will be superceded by another models fr others! Umobile is stil a loss making company! Cosway? cant fight wth watson and guardian and its china mymart is just a good start! but market sentiment is bad for bursa! kikikiki.. if I m tan sri, I would rather keep bjcorp lowest possible because bjcorp is cash rich and no need to raise cash! 2nd, I can buy back more shares at good price while others losing money... kikikikikikiki
