（胡志明市18日讯）成功机构（BJCORP，3305，主板贸服股）与成功多多（BJTOTO，1562，主板贸服股）在越南经营的字票业务今天正式开业，强攻潜在价值达每年120亿美元(约477亿令吉)的市场。

越南財政部独资子公司Vietlott，是在今早宣佈推出全国首个自选电脑化字票游戏-Mega6/45积宝，並预期在4个月后进一步推出万字票游戏。

18年投资8亿

作为Vietlott独家合作伙伴的成功GTI公司，將在18年內投资总额2亿1058万美元（约8亿3780万令吉），在越南全国推出多种字票游戏。成功机构和成功多多分別间接持有成功GTI公司40.8%和10.2%的股权。


成功GTI公司主席黄黎明在推介礼后的记者会上表示，2014年越南的地下字票市场高达每年90亿美元（约358亿令吉），影响该国政府的实际税收。

「虽然合法字票的奖金不如地下字票，但我们的游戏更多样化，加上政府的开放態度，我相信字票业务的潜能相当巨大。」

此外，目前由个別省份政府发行的彩票，2014年发行价值亦高达30亿美元（约119亿令吉），其中88%集中在南部。以中国市场为例，字票市场和彩票市场的比例为75%对25%。

「越南人口达9400万，且大部份为佛教徒。不同於大马市场，我们在越南扩充销售点和广告促销方面没有太大限制。」

黄黎明预测，字票销售终端会在一个月內提高至800家、1年內3000家、5年达1万家。除了便利商店和独立旗舰店，接下来1-2年，销售管道也会扩大至电话与互联网平台。

他还透露，Vietlott也计划推出每3分钟即开彩的游戏，料能取得良好反应。

在今早的推介礼上，成功机构主席兼首席执行员拿督斯里陈永钦指出，本次合作將加强马越两国之间的经济联繫並协助越南政府对抗国內地下字票业者。

The revenue of BJCorp is increase, but the Profit from operstion is decrease already;
For My opinion, main things is profit from operation
2016 RM760M/=; Revenue is RM9044M/=; 8.4%
2015 RM854M/=; Revenue is RM9598M/=;8.8%
2014 RM915M/=;Revenue is RM8633M/=10.6%;

For my opinion, mainly is still have profit from operation, specially after GST.

The foreign continue 4 days bought in already.

But I still worry who is convert 20M share of BJCorpLE to BJCorp, for what?
Maybe for …….

Possitive side is need to accumulate before AGM, after AGM will ……;
Negative side is on hold and monitor, not much cash to wait until Oct 2016.

Cash and Bank balance RM0.38/share, NTA have RM1.40++
Why VT not going to Vietnam launch….If he don’t want the share price going up before Nov 2016?

Not easy to play with VT so just parked the money there and bet its Vietnam toto in longer term. Top up more when the Vietnam Toto has started making profit.
