Keck Seng Inv (HK) still pretty active and up by almost 2pct for the day Keck Seng (M) Bhd still remain quiet at the moment. Whatever it is, I can feel that something is brewing and it may explode soon. Cheers!!!

Keck Seng Inv HK continued its rally and upsurge, going up by another 2 to 3 pct but Keck Seng M Bhd remained stagnant. Hopefully it may try to catch-up soon. Cheers!!!

if only the Kseng management knows how to utilise their hidden cash , this counter will not be of today at RM5.00 counter...they can easily easily distributed hidden cash @ RM 5.00-6.00/share....
some analysts mentioned RM 17.00-RM 50......but has since quieten ...

Don't sell Keck Seng shares. Selling Keck Seng shares means you are actually selling land priced at RM 5,000 per acre in Johor Bahru.

Its lands were bought below 10k per acre if I m not mistaken. Now is 500k per acre , so in mathematical terms, it should be valued 100x , that means RM 100.00 per share not 5.50 per share excluding other assets.

The company had penalized the small investors by failing to declare a special dividend from its 108 balance two years ago. Perhaps it is time to make amends and reward loyal small shareholders?

only those hard core n long term investors will succeed.....if one bloody day , it declares a valuation of its assets n to expand the pay up capital into 1-2 billion shares , follow by giving out bonus shares to all deserving shareholders like 10 for 1 held , then u may see it moves from RM 5.00 to RM 50 in no time or else just do the waiting game lor....

It is likely that big time Investors from China r eyeing this golden assets coz by buying up at the present price , u may get a pie from its cash -rich reserves at no cost n can sell off with profit after acquiring a certain stake ...
