The loss of qrt is totally well expected by management due to the interest cost, and it is part of the infrastructure expenditure for the project, so do not make a big fuss over it.

We just need to monitor well if they really can complete 4 section within this yr or not, with no further delay.

This loss quarter result already expected. The most important thing is another 4 sections can complete on time which is end of this year. So far the company prospect is good. Once the total 11 sections are completed, I believe target price for RM3 is no problem.

Please do not simply talk without facts and figures.
Quarter results will continue to show losses until the WCE is completed.
If there is no big loss, the result is considered to be good.
For an infrastructure project, initial or start up cost is always at a loss.
This stock will only make huge profit when the highway is completed and all toll collections started to collect cash.
No one will expect profit until the highway is completed.
This phenomenon also happened to PLUS when the North South Highway is not completed.
When North South Highway is ready, PLUS was listed and quoted at 2.55.
My 2 cents comment.

Earnings in FY 2023 and 2024 are not important anymore.
Investors are looking at future earning.
If you have 8.06 billion now, you cannot build this WCE because the land cost and labour cost are higher than 5 to 10 years ago.
Hence the share price at the current level is very cheap.
If you value WCE at 8.06 billion, the share price should worth 2.70.
The share price will move up north as the completion time is getting nearer and nearer.
My 2 cents comments.
