last time when Edge newspaper came out with Wce article, Wce shoot to 52sen. speakup bought
then it fell to as low as 46sen! speakup incurred paper loss!

CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES
WCE Maju Sdn Bhd (formerly known as KEB Builders Sdn
Bhd) (“WCE Maju”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the
Company, has entered into a Memoradum of Agreement
(“MOA”) to undertake, on a design, build and manage basis,
the construction works of a proposed access from West
Coast Expressway to a mixed development project in Kota

From the Edge news, WCE COE have confirmed that the actual cost have inflated to RM8billion, from the initial budget of RM6 billion.
Therefore, they need to raise fund for the additional RM2billion.
The proceed from the disposal of 40% of Rimbayu development Company is only RM500million.

CEO said no but he got show any forecasted operation losses until next year, forecasted construction expenses and the 157 million financial cost per year? Is the money from land sold enough to cover all these?

My don't have the details but I guess they need at least RM 1 billion more.

Tanjung Karam to Sarbak Bernam is PN strong area, land acquisition must also political influences.
