Those holding Mas-CM tonight pangsai cannot, sleep cannot, eat cannot, drink cannot, go jalan-jalan cannot, watch TV also cannot. now at this moment already need to place the sell order for tomorrow. when Mas drop, Mas-CM drops faster
Results are terrible making panicky investors more panic. Looking at 36 to trade tomorrow. Actually, not much has changed other than they have now raised 3.1b. Pockets full of cash. No need to go bankrupt in near future. They will be ok for at least 2013.
Cannot save a sinking ship. Bad management. Putting good money into sinking ship. At one time suppose to JV with A Asia. It didn't go through. Bad politics. If go through, at least got chance to make MAS fly high and proud like the Hester years.
Going below 23 sen soon. First Q is supposed to be the busiest period but seemed to be the rent seekers are still there. An example of how not to run an airline to the ground.
Reminds me of Gpacket, that Puan Chan Cheong fellow also used lots of jargon EBITs or whatever every quarter when he could not meet profit forecasts. More turnover or sales volume does not mean there will be profits every quarter. Confidence or optimism does not translate to a profit, in an inefficient organisation like MAS, have to wait for oil price to fall only then profit can be achieved.
Mohd Nor,Ahmad J and the top heavy managemment should be accountable for this poor showing. Putting people from Malakoff/IJM/Axiata/ EPF and Tan Sri's from Sabah and Sarawak with zero airline expertise would not translate to better management. Eventhough the Oneworld alliance brought better load factor but sadly it never translated to better yields..sigh...
first quarter result is very bad and the lose is become bigger n bigger. Don't expect this sinking ship will be back again. It will be good thing to nation when this company bankrupt which meant the tax payer money wont need to help this poor management company. Cut the loss or take profit now if u have the shares.
If the company cant make any money, why the gov have to help them by using tax payer money. This is very wrong and the company wont be survive in the long run once the country don't have any money to help MAs. Thus, avoid this shares if you can.
EPF has dumped alot of MAS shares in last few months. They wont help us when they dont have money lol. Help yourself by dumping the shares now. Dont waste your time and money on this share.
definately there are room for improvement, but this counter is only for long term investment. With low price, it will not go lower and yield will improve once they have utilise the new fleets of aircraft. And the extra finance charges, (99Mil) will not exist as the rights was oversubcribe, so we can reduce the finance charge from the next quarters in future.
What is important is that the growth is there and revenue increase to 11%.
There also RM147 million positive cash balance from its operating activities. So there are profit of over 100+millions if we dont have those other costs..
Based on the results u can also see it's Net assets per share (RM) 0.56. So the price now is good for accumulation..
aiyoh, looks like a lot of people offload the share, dont worry man, will be recover one....what so scare of ??? uncle epf and uncle khazanah want to come give BR1M to MAS liao...
