It looks like DRB Hicom or some company like PKNS must buy over MAS. Only then can we expect the shares go up. In the mean time, "this is it" 0.30cts. I don't think Tony will ever get involved with MAS and MAS cannot except a smart jack around.

If MAS is privatised it would take some time for it to recover. But overall the price will get better in the future if its privatised!

Actually Mas if manage well and continue it's good service rapport to passengers around the world, it should be quite easy to turn around. Yang penting, the Malaysia government put this the pride of nation as top priority. I personally flew on SIA, MAS recently. MAS service level still way better. Is a pity that it's left to continue deteriorating financially.....

MAS: Privatisation ‘good’ for MAS. Former Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad is supportive of the proposed privatisation of Malaysian Airline System (MAS) as he believes that it would help the national carrier become a more profit-driven entity.
