So, normally, only capital appreciation is expected. I have more confident after mulpha financial result has been improving a lot especially contribution from property division and Aveo group. Earning per share will be getting better and better.
leisure farm land used to be about less than RM20 psf, went up to about RM200 psf but that's physical market . One day should reach RM500 psf but a long wait

Spore pprty can only recover once cooling measures removed, then got money to buy Landed pprty in Leisure Farm. They may also choose Ledang Heights or Horizon Hills
