Good opportunity for Calvin and his believers to exit at handsome gains. Bear in mind it's only a LOI. Can be easily called off. Anyway Bplant shareholders gonna object to the purchase.
limit up also cheap cos now we know the land's worth. it's worth almost twice as much as the market cap now.....limit up also no wanna sell. wait until over 1.00 like datuk calvin says.......hahaha
but learn something, the unlocking land value which Mr calvin mentioned is workable. So sometimes when we invest, we need to take this into consideration eventhough other stats showing is not good.
