He said don't sell but keep my property as prices bound to rise with coming MRT

That is why I so bullish on stocks with Ecrl passing through. And in jurong people go Gaga because Hsr station will be there

Sporeans rushed to buy up jurong East property

So I am bullish on asiapac as it owns lands near Ecrl and Hsr stations

@nckcm I agree with you that pe is supposed to be above 10 if you consider deep. but the NTA is as real as it is. Plus, It can only go higher with the raise of land value.

NTA is the real reason it should be valued much higher than current price (RM0.165)

东铁ECRL重启，全场建筑股闻风起舞，相信有捞底的朋友都赚了不少钱。但东铁和政府工程赚幅铁定中砍，加上整体建筑行情仍十分低迷（业绩炸弹陆续有来），相信建筑股在东铁正式宣布后将sell on news转跌，这波行情十之八九是逃命波。

今天我们不谈炒到飞天的建筑股，转看一直被市场冷落的产业发展商AsiaPac。公司基本面没什么好说，产业销售依然低迷，不过好在沙巴商场和停车场业务表现不错，2019财政年首9个月还有1000万令吉的盈利。

不过近期最值得关注的是，东铁改道至森美兰州，当地圈子盛传Labu（Seremban与Nilai中间）将会是其中一站。除了当地大地主Sime Darby，AsiaPac也有一片400英亩的空地，2006年买进的价格只有5500万令吉。若参考CCM去年9月份以2150万令吉卖出18英亩的Labu地段，目前AsiaPac这块400英亩地皮市价已经去到4.8亿令吉，翻了近10倍。

若东铁在这两周宣布的新线路确定经过Labu，地皮市价肯定还会往上冲。好运中jackpot的话被政府征地建车站，很难说股价会不会因此limit up（当然是被炒作）。

多说无谓，公司和新政府关系如何？翻看公司年报，一众马来董事与希盟副主席Muhyiddin关系相当不错，担任其基金会的常任委员，也曾经是马哈迪首相90年代的经济顾问。至于退居幕后的掌权大股东马守中，目前在中国发展得风生水起，会否伸出援手拉近马中关系？

股价方面，最新股价距离5年新低0.11令吉不远，相信所有负面看法已经反映在股价上。净资产价值NTA接近1令吉，股价对账面价值只有区区0.13倍，本益比同样不到10倍

Actually bought this stock because Airbus is doing a feasibility study to be completed by end of 2019. They hope to set up a huge airplane manufacturing plant in Labu. This ECRL coming here is really a big surprise. Imagine if both are approved !!!!!
