ADD ALL EPS OF LATEST 4 QUARTERS

= 3.71

TO GET PER CENTAGE YIE:D

DIVIDES 3.71 by 16 = 23%

TO GET P/E

DIVIDES 16 SEN BY 3.71 = 4.16

SO ACCORDING TO INTERNATIONAL BENCHMARK

Main Assets now is the Grand Duta Hotel

I just went through Asiapac's quarterly reports for all the year or 2018 & 2017

So happy to see they are all positives. Not even one negative quarters at all

THE OPERATING PROFITS FROM IMAGO MALL, CAR PARKING FEES & SALES OF PROPERTIES HAVE BEEN VERY CONSISTENT

EVERY THING HAS GONE UP IN VALUE BUT PRICE HAS COME DOWN

SO FROM ALL ANGLES ASIAPAC LOOKS UNDERVALUE

so funny I think, this isn't about who lies, because nobody know for sure the price will go up or down. you can't lie when you yourself don't know the true answer. the market is worldwide, anyone in the world can buy or sell, can affect the price (especially those with big cash and major shareholders of course), unless you know what is in everyone in the world's mind (especially those with big cash and major shareholders), then you can tell for sure the price will go up or down.

there is no point accusing other for lying, when they themselves can be wrong and lose money here.
