For the past 4 AGMs Shareholders have been asking for dividend payout. But since income from chocolate sales is small; it doesn't justify a dividend. Then at AGM in June 2013 Directors proposed another way to Unlock Cash for Shareholders. By way of Capital Consolidation & Reduction to offset all past losses. Then a CASH PAY OUT.
This Is The Most Probable Exercise: The 50 cents Par Value will be reduced to 25 cents. Then 4 shares shall merge into one share. So 25x4 = RM1.00
. What about Cash Position?
So 20 Cents x 4 = 80 Cents.
So After The Exercise Our Shares Will Merge From 4 into 1. Suppose you have 400,000 shares now at 50 cents par value. After Consolidation you will have 100,000 shares in hand.
The New Par Value will be RM1.00
Cash Position 80 Cents. How Much Cash Payout? Wait for Official announcement.
And Share Price?. As of now 27 cents. So 27 x 4 = So PM Corp Will Then Trade At RM1.08.
PM Corp will no longer in Penny Stock Territory. And If PM Corp Should Formulate A Consistent Dividend Policy Like Apollo Food; then prices will remain stable and move up steadily through Future Years As Another Recession Proof Consumer Counter Like Cocoaland, Hup Seng, OFI, Power Root, Old Town Coffee, Nestle, F&N, Dutch Lady & Many Others.
tried a tudor gold hazelnut in the weekend, not bad taste almost like cadbury, to me can't tell the difference... but the nut a bit dry... cadbury nut bigger and nicer to eat... but tudor cheaper by 50c and more choc per package. Packaging is good, you tear open the outer wrapper (good quality thick embossed paper), inside has another foil wrap.
I like Tudor Gold Dark Chocolate with 55% cocoa ! Not that sweet and full of cocoa flavour and it costs only RM 3.70 per bar ( Net weight 55g - ANTIOXIDANTS )
May I suggest to the PM Corp management the 'Tango or Tudor Gold ' chocolate bar wrappers have some extra wordings that these products are manufactured by Network Food Industry and OWNED BY PM Corp ? If not, many consumers , except those in this forum thread ,dont know these products are made by PM Corp ! These consumers know only Network Food Industry and not PM Corp ! It is high time for PM Corp management to make every body in this world aware that these Tango and Tudor Gold chocolates are made and owned by them ?
AYAMTUA, good afternoon. this morning bought 10k POS @ 5.68(1.8k) 5.70(8.2k) now holding 15k. as for insas yesterday bought @0.855-0.86 to average bought last week @ 0.90 now holding 150k average @0.87. will offload this month when profit. look like have to wait for wednesday as told you earlier. "invisible hand' block should due next monday(25/11/13) @ T10. look like distributing today bit by bit by no worry must cover the 'LUBANG'(don't expect much, already factor in this financial report coming 21/11/13or22/11/13). the chart don't look good.glue to the PC the next few day TUDOR GOLD BAR will drop at your doorstep.relief rebounce. good luck and happy trading.
Kelvin Tsai, by printing the name PMC on the wrapper won't help much. The best way is through advertising, sales promotion to push up the sales volume. Once the sales pick up, indirectly the company performance will look good and PMC share price will move up too.

-- what you mean?
1. invisible hand' block should due next monday(25/11/13) @ T10. -- u mean all this selling will stop by next monday according to your predictions?
2. look like distributing today bit by bit by no worry must cover the 'LUBANG'(don't expect much, already factor in this financial report coming 21/11/13or22/11/13). --- u mean ding dong ding dong this PMCorp price will be 0.260-0.350 range after result comes out? all price already factored in (also according to your predictions) ?
3. the chart don't look good.glue to the PC the next few day TUDOR GOLD BAR will drop at your doorstep.relief rebounce. good luck and happy trading. --- drop up or drop down?
I dont quite understand few points mentioned, pdo enlighten - thanks
but today I just bought again at 0.275 ... what is your prediction TP?
P/s: you really sound like The Deep Throat from the "X-Files" series talking in codes.. haha something you mentioned there I dont understand really.. cheers!
messi2u, don't worry. I also have confidence with PM Corp to rise either. Don't think it can fall any further as good news coming out. Long term is bright for u all. Just have to wait, just the matter of time~
Ayamtua-good to hv back on board. Hv been watching PMCorp blockbuster drama on the sideline. What great excitement & excruciating grinding of teeth at times! With Calvin manning the helm of our TUDOR GOLD ship, you Ayamtua & all loyal old & new Tudorians on board, let's all sail into calm & golden waters. Despite all the negative postings, I've been holding on to all my PMCorp shares & hv not sold a single share. HAVE FAITH & REMAIN LOYAL, ALL TUTORIALS. UNITED WE STAND & WE'LL CONQUER ALL!
if what's calvin said been confirmed , someone who bought 37 cts *4= 148 , which is rather expensive after capital reduction exercise where it will not appeal to many . present price is 128 ? The important thing is not penny or dollar stock but really is the co prospects . The mgt should think of ways to maximising income n pay constant decent dividend to members . As simple as that.
Yeah, today earn more than 12% from Zhulian. Thank u Zhulian. =) PM Corp now with fewer selling already. From heavy selling to moderate selling. Early afternoon heavy roadblock at 27.5 cents, now spread even with 27 cents. If buyer can increase by some amount, then really can give PM Corp a boost. I going to join u all soon. Cheer~
