MUIB have good properties in hand but also very high borrowings. Even it will to sell all their properties and assets will not be able to repay its loans. Debt Earning Ratio is 1.6x now!!!!!
Masterskill too have a lot of good properties and assets and with little borrowings (DER is only 0.15)and yet its share came down from 4.00 to 35 sen now.

Najib called the Opposition Party who went to Taiwan And Spread Rumours To Turn off RM40 Billions for Pengerang. He Called them "Traitors" to Malaysia. At least I didn't use the word "traitor" on him.

You are right tsurukame. Buy when it is low and buy in stages. Do not buy at one shot. Do not put in one basket. Find a counter with strong profitabilty and cashflow. Pmcorp no doubt cashflow strong balance sheet also strong. whether pmcorp made good profit need to wait incoming financial results. If no economic downturn and no poor market sentiment and with incoming good earnings. Pmcorp share price will go up at very good ratio. If got bullet can invest in stages. Do not buy speculative tin kosong counter unless we are good swing traders. Invest with knowledge and do not gamble. Pmcorp is on my list. Either to buy now or later is up to u. Got bullet can try and be smart.

Thanks Calvin...but I think I know better than you on prospects in PMCORP. The turnover of Pmcorp tells whether its business is doing welll or not. i dont need to monitor at shops that are selling Tudor chocs. If it were good, it already reflects in the report. If I will you, I would sell half of Pmcorp and invest somewhere else. Anyway, Good luck to you with your investments

OPCOM is different, I too invest a lot in OPCOM. It was around 33 when I start investing in OPCOM. OPCOM pays 3 times DIVIDEND each year even though the report is bad. Small kid also knows that Opcom is cash rich and pays good dividend that time. AIYAHHHH, Pmcorp , smell the money also tak boleh loh.
