I just called Mr. Ho just now. He had made known the Capital Reduction & Cash Pay Out Three Months Ago. All Directors knew About The Proposal. Since Mr. Ho resigned. Mr. Bernard is now in Charge. Market has interpreted because CFO resigned there must be problem with MUI Group & PM Corp.

However, the Fundamentals Have Not Changed. Mr. Ho confirmed that All The CASH Is Still In PM Corp. He hopes Cash Pay out can continue as suggested.

As such. The outcome can be

1) Bernard & Directors continue and meet Ho's mentioned dateline as this year for Capital Exercise

2) Or there may be a delay due to change of CFO. Mr. Bernard is the Acting CFO Currently.

2 Factors Remain

1) CASH HOARD of 21 CENTS IN PM CORP COFFERS
2) February 2014 Quarter Result Will Be Very Good.

Tecnically if there is capital payout. Share price may jump. After the exercise. Share price will go down to reflect its new value as cash is lesser. If there is no capital pay out. The share may go down and after its good results are declared in feb.if good. Share price will go up again. Either a or b pun ok.
