Calvin, I just bought a packet of Tudor dark chocolate with hazel nuts from a Cosway outlet. To my surprise it's on offer "buy 1 free 1" for RM 10.90. They told me the offer is because the chocolates is nearing to expiry date which is still 3 months away - end January 2014.

I support Pan Malaysia Corporation because kita 1Malaysia, 1Negara, PM Corp up = all of us untung!!! But I bought a little bit only since I'm just graduated & start to work this year. If PM Corp hit RM1.50, I think many ppl would going to turn their RM10k into more than RM60k. Thanks anbz, we will be cautious. Although I have a degree in actuarial & a master, but I feel that I still have a lot of things to learn from you all. I wish to meet Calvin in person, having a chat with him would benefit me a lot since I'm just a beginner here.

anbz, I don't need to check and I believe what you gave on the profit and losses of PM Corp and PW Con are true. I don't think you would simply make up numbers. You should be good at numbers, after all you are a graduate in Mathematics.

However, you have to gauge if those comparative numbers are relevant or not. They are history, history of years ago. What is important is the present and the future.

I know something about PMCorp as I have done some analysis of its financial statement and posted in this thread before. My reason of investing in PMCorp is because of its value in Graham net-net. This investing strategy is low risk because if net-net is more than its present share price, especially this net-net is made up with quality assets like cash and investments where there is a market value, there is little risk that you will lose much.

Have you look into what PW Con's assets are made up of? Is there huge amount in receivables which are you sure they are collectible, and what is the aging analysis of this receivables? Is it made up of mostly inventories, plant and equipment and what are the likely fire-sale value of these stuff? How much PW Con is owing to creditors? Is the net asset made up of intangibles? So after you get the realizable value of this assets, is it enough to pay creditors? After paying, how much is left?

You talked about its earnings, what is the quality of its earnings? Is the earnings from sale of land, plant etc? Is the earnings from its core business actually profitable? How is its cash flows? Any free cash flow? Because with adequate cash flow to cover interest payment, it becomes risky. Without free cash flow, company has to keep on borrowing money to pay dividend, to do investment, to buy new equipment etc.

I actually don't have the details though I have done a little analysis when someone asked me a few months ago. Yes, these are all the questions you have to find answers for for PW Con.

1. the volume started to shoot only after 20 sept which was the first day ...the first posting by calvin to promote pmcorp..which was done not in pmcorp's room but in focal aim's room...because that was when focal aim was hot that day...very intentional indeed

anbz. Thank you very much for your very accurate collating of all the figures and prices of my investments in PM Corp from year 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012. You missed out year 2007 & year 2008 when I was not yet in the Top 30 Shares holders.

Price range of PM Corp

Year 2007 : 18 cents and 44 cents
Year 2008 9 cents and 29 cents

Have I done the Focal people harm & disservice when I told them to switch at RM2.40 (A Bubble)

to PM Corp at 15 cents (The Bargain of The Century!)

Haven't I made a Right Call For Them when Focal price has dropped back to RM2.08 & PM Corp has gone up to 22.5 cents?

And why should you be so frustrated when the people of PM Corp Forum have joined in the Greatest Party in KLSE for Years To Come. I have received so many phone calls & e-mails telling me how grateful they were for the introduction of this Undiscovered Gem in KLSE.

And have I done you harm by telling the truth regarding PW CON? Why should you be so incensed by my conclusions? So many have made conclusions and pass judgment on PM Corp and even on my character. Am I moved by them or seek out a quarrel?

anbz please desist from your virulent & relentless attack of A ROCK SOLID COUNTER LIKE PM CORP.
All the Eggs thrown from PW CON at THE SOLID ROCK of PM CORP will not make even a dent.

When PM Corp was at RM13.00 Mr. Market & All Analyst Highly Recommended It As A Blue Chip.

And Now PM CORP at 22.5 cents AT ROCK BOTTOM PRICE, Mr. Market & So Many Scratched Their Heads In Disbelief That This Counter Should Rebound?

it will take sometime for this stock to digest the sellers market . At 23 and 23.5 cts . there are many sellers waiting to unload the shares. Some one quoted this share may touch at 13.00 ? I do not think so, if it can reach 50 cts is considered too good a bargain already.
