This Muslim CEO from India will be the trigger for total change of bjland particularly privatization.
Berjaya Land: Redesignates ED Syed Ali to CEO. Berjaya Land (BLand) has redesignated its executive director (ED) Syed Ali Shahul Hameed as the company’s chief executive officer (CEO). Syed Ali will be replacing Datuk Pee Kang Seng @ Lim Kang Seng, who has resigned due to other work commitments and responsibilities. The 48-year-old Indian first joined Berjaya Land on Sept 4, 1997. He was a Director of Property Development and Complexes, Property Division, and is responsible for overseeing the engineering aspects. (The Edge)


VT did not bother whether Bursa, etc this and that, i guess , VT will carry our his privatization with the new Muslim CEO from India pretty soon.

VT will acquire as much as possible, when he reaches 85%, he will push all the way up to 0.30 - 0.35. At this time, he may announce privatization.

To him 0.30 - 0.35 can only convince small stake holders to accept his privatization comparing to NTA price 0.80++

（吉隆坡9日讯）成功置地（BJLAND，4219，主板消费股）总执行长拿督彭江生昨日辞去职务，并由执行董事赛阿里沙胡接棒。

该公司昨日向交易所报备，现年68岁的彭江生基于其他工作责任而决定辞去职务。



“总执行长一职，将由48岁的赛阿里沙胡担任。”

赛阿里沙胡于1997年9月加入成功置地，今年3月受委担任董事；此前，曾在该公司产业部门担任产业发展及建筑董事，负责监督国内外产业项目的工程事务。

根据成功置地去年的年报，彭江生于2016年8月加入董事部，2017年1月受委担任总执行长。

他目前也在成功集团（BJCORP，3395，主板工业股）其他私人企业担任董事职务。

闭市时，成功置地以17.5仙挂收，起0.5仙或2.94%，成交量1268万8600股。

（吉隆坡9日讯）成功置地（BJLAND，4219，主要板消费）宣布委任执行董事赛阿里沙胡哈米德为新总执行长，即日生效。



该公司向马证交所报备的文件显示，由于原任总执行长拿督彭江生有其他的工作与责任在身因而选择辞职， 并由赛阿里取而代之。

48岁印裔籍的赛阿里，在今年3月被委任为董事会成员，他是于1997年9月4日，首次加入成功置地的。他曾经是房地产部门房产发展及大厦部的董事，负责监督该集团在大马和海外所有房产的发展。

根据成功置地2018年年度报告，拿督彭江生于2016年8月4日受委任为董事会成员，并于2017年1月18日担任总执行长。

年报显示，目前，他依然担任成功度假俱乐部有限公司、Indah Corporation有限公司、Staffield度假村有限公司，以及刁曼岛度假村有限公司的董事；并且他也在成功集团旗下的其他几间私人有限公司，担任董事职务。

aiyo, debt be so naive the new CEO would have any say or decision in bjland. the CEO is just a puppet, the boss is Vincent tan. Vincent tan adj hin to go pee, he go pee.

I do agree with one of the member here said that privatisation might be in the pipeline but not that soon. the thing now is, Vincent might be pressing down the price down further again to shake the market. this strategy is seen in many small cap companies.

VT cant press down much more..coz market aware of his intention already..the more he press down the more share will flow to long term holder hands..defeat the purpose of collecting share already...no matter how low he press down..the offer price already been set @ 0.38. y ...becoz other big minority shareholder will not let go of their share at anything less than that. if possible he also want to press down to 0.01...but the fact is therewill b other ppl is collecting also. if he press to 0.01 i also can collect 10 million share ...wat about others? so theres a limit to pressing down the price.

PART- 4 大户开始入场 12。8。2019

大户公开吃货只剩下100米路

正如本人在15.7.19 PART 3 上所做的报告一样的，最大的大户已经开始在价位0。160 -0。175 之间开始由公开市场扫货，于9.8.19 止总共公和私持股4，242，586，872股，和85%所需的股票数量4，250，000，000 还相差7，413，128股。距离公开宣布私有化仅相差0。1744%。这样的股数，以目前的价位来说，只需要在一个交易日开市后不用太长的时间里就可以做到。本报告在PART 1 里所说的剩下最后的一里路，现在已经接近跑完了，余下的只是最后的100米路。理论上应该可以发力加油很快就到终点。但问题是吗？


就是那剩下的最后100米路，如果大户选择就停止在那里不愿在到达目标前做最后时的冲刺，那100米路恐怕不容易走完。那到底在什么时候走完那最后的100米？其实没有答案就是答案，是否会不久后公布宣布私有化？那确实有二种情况：
1。）等吃完剩余的0。1744%的票数后马上就宣布私有化；
2。）等着在那100米的路上休息，不动如山了。

以上二种情况，那个成份最高？也最有可能？要观察最高的可能性，还是要等多一个星期，看大户还有在这阶段的价位上继续吃货吗？假设下星期还是继续的吃货，那多数情况是大户愿意完成那最后的100米路。不然，大户会选择暂时停止动作。但极有可能在今年的年尾前做一个了断，这样的结果，也符合于早前的公开宣布，更加符合大户自己的承诺没有跳票。

股价走势

眼前的股价走势有如本人在PART 1 时所做的报告般（请参阅页75日期12。7。2019）：“一旦卖方力道减弱，股票多数掌握在可以持票的散户手上，最后造成卖方股票数量减少，如此买方又开始追逐，股价就有可能反转。”看近日的交易量，卖盘已经减弱，整个星期下来，买盘等候承接的数量都强过卖盘，多数临到闭市买方都选择积极的购入，如此股价再翻转朝南的机率就大大的减少。

目前的股价走势会大大的影响大户收购来私有化所开出的价钱，因此如何让股价回到20仙以上的价位是眼前的一个挑战。以目前的股价价位，即便现在马上宣布私有化，大户所给出的私有化价钱根据14天平均价位，对散户来说根本没有什么好康。可以设想而知，大户如果现在宣布私有化，对大户来说是最有利的局面，反之对散户也最不利。在股票市场上没有什么感情问题，只有弱肉强食。幻想大户会基于“人道”来满足散户的需求给出好的价位来私有化，根本只是一种不着边际的幻想和空想。唯一散户可以故到的就是把手中的股票紧紧握住不卖一个时期，如此让股价基于供需不平衡而逐渐回到一个不算太合理的水平才是上着。

在股价回到一个不算合理的水平前，有几个疑惑有时真的想找到答案：

1。）为何在前几周来了许多不可理解的大数量的卖压？是否大户的特意安排？以大户的神通广大想把股价压低也是有方法的，只要配合的好，双方都有利可图不是一件困难的事情。
2。）大户何以选择在现在这价位不是最低，可能最低的价位里积极的入场扫货？如果有其他财务上的原因，也许相关挂牌公司在最新一期的季报里也许会有一些动作和宣布？

总而言之，大户想私有化这隻股票已经是板上釘釘，这个结果正如本人在PART 2页75日期13。7。2019所做的报告一样，大户选择私有化是最好的策略应用，也是大户的利益最大化。而大户的利益最大化就是散户的利益最小化，散户到最后也只是任人魚肉，吃那剩下的一些骨头而已。即便也只有一些骨头可吃，散户应该也会心满意足，从此脱离被绑住的痛苦了。说不是皆大欢喜，最少也会是皆大欢喜。

Mr shortinvestor, I personally would not want the bjland price to go down at all. my average price still higher than 0.175. but, sometimes, we just should not be over optimistic especially in a company that with a share price that never in the uptrend for the past 3 years, ( 3 years the only history I had from internet ).

even if it indeed privatised at 0.38, I believe there are still thousands of retailers incurring huge loss.

Vincent tan wont be this kind to press down to 0
15 then push back up to 0.38 which is 153 %.
