If bursa disagree, Bursa will tell VT they need to reduce the shareholding back to 75% from 85% loh...!!

But VT already want to delist....so bursa no choice loh....give VT a time limit if not suspend the share trading loh...!!

Vt will keep buying bland....until deadline reach loh...!! By then say VT have 88% .....Bursa can temporary extent....at that time VT will launch its GO loh.....!!

That's why we need to speed up the process by complaining with justifiable statements to Bursa and his chairman and all parties. One of these statement is retail investors benefits are jeopardized by TSVT.

But, don't worry about this ceo, I believe he has no power in corporate decision, as vincent tan and his children are still the ultimate controller behind. This company is different from other more reputable listed companies which they really hired the best person with high price to run a company.

Bjland bjcorp or any other bjcock are still run by vincent tan and his children.

there is a rumour Kyoto sales is in the making, mean there is a buyer agree with the price.buyer from China. now, it might come to me , in order to fully benefit with the cash earned, vincenynbestnmove is to privatise bjland before they announce the news.

but, gearing in bjland is still quite high and the debt stood at 3 billions.

Anybody realised the Syndicate placed a big 25.3 million buy order for BJCorp @ 25.5 sens. It has not been broken since last month? Anything to do with the conversion ratio for BJLand should delisting/privatisation comes?
