BJtoto total loss for this Q is ~RM 41.38M, BJLand own 40% of BJtoto thus shares impact of 40% loses is about RM16.55M which on paper assume attribute to this quarter of BJland by ~0.35 cent. Vietnam AR for this Q is about ~52.74M which should +ve contribute about (+1.05 cent per share) despite BJtoto paper loses......
Coming Financial closing will be at 30-June-2019 where shall expecting positive result to be announced in days time (unless there is a hidden hand impairment again !!) ......why lari kuat kuat??.........hehehe.......

ya, i saw it as well, yesterday people sold like no tomorrow in the last 15 minutes but the other way round today, let's hope for positive reversal tomorrow. no price adjustment from 0.15 till 0.23 thus could be a healthy adjustment today, let's hope for the best tomorrow.

Went through many companies history with public spread less than 25%. Many did not managed to get privatised except ncb, and hlcap with good outcome. Companies like kretam, johortin, petalingtin, gdex, sssteel, Liondiv, all went horribly wrong. But, only bjland so far I seen with public spread less than 15%.

Now, my question, do we really over anticipate some corporate exercise is in the pipeline, will bursa malaysia still grant bjkand another 6 months of extension?

Cumulative profit 3.66 cents so far...coming FY closing anouncement for 30-June should be continue profit if no major impairment.....these are enough to announce 1 to 2 cent(s) dividend + 3D2N hotel free stay promotion for minorities shareholders, $ + Hotel.
Give la........ keep so much $$ as NTA also can't help on the share price, why don't let minorities to enjoy while help to promote your hotel biz........hehehe..........

Those who are new here, please read!

1. BJLand land owns 40% of BJTOTO which is translated into 26 cents per share.

2. BJLand has RM800 mil cash which is equivalent to 16 cents per share.

3. BJLand divested their investment stake in Vietnam and the profit will be reflected in the next earning report which will be released before 31 August. Last quarter, it has reported good profit, so in 2 weeks' time, we should expect another good result.

4. Four Seasons Kyoto deal may be done soon. Olympic Games 2020 in Japan, a lot of investors are upbeat about good quality assets in Japan.

5. Other legal proceedings in China, Jeju, Selangor, BJLand is expecting to get a huge amount of compensation.

6. Big boss has said he plans to priviatise BJLand. His recent actions are very clear.

7. What are you waiting for? When it was 0.16 nobody wanted... Now it's 21 cents, you may think it's expensive already! When it touches RM0.38 (price big boss paid to Penta), you will be regretting!!

Hi Kasi why still here? thought u mentioned to only come back EOY? When BJLand made big profits last Qtr.still down, so if VT want to make any non monetary impairments it only delays recognition of the profitability but not actual loss of money. Anyway pending decision by Bursa/SC the GO is still on..

low volume today. no more hype. but 15% threshold had been broken for 2 weeks plus, supposed bjland make announcement regarding the bursa would grant another 6 months extension to rectify. of course I dont wish the time extension would be the next move , but seems this is the biggest possibilities.

I arrived at 38c based on the assumption that the offer price cannot be less than what BJCorp paid to Penta within 6 mths (para 6.3 of Rules on Take Over, Mergers and Compulsory Acquisition)
