Don't think VT can afford to wait much...as there is no extension by Bursa and the money will be coming back soon from October to year end from... Compensation from Jeju Korea, GMOC Arbitration, Selangor Turf Club Compensation & Sale of FS Kyoto...also with the money coming from the Samurai Bonds from Japan...Govt will kick-off infrastructure projects related to Bandar Malaysia & HS Rail soon...very sure BJLand with extensive properties & land in the surrounding area will gain in substantial value and VT might get some related projects too?

Yes better appeal, if not bland got suspended lagi susah....VT advantage can slaughter the minority like that loh....!!

Just impose a condition that VT cannot buy anymore bland until if there is a GO better loh....!!

And as long as VT hold more than 85% bland....then VT got fine from bursa loh......!!

Since VT already got so much money back and even more money after October for his planned activities, don't think he can afford a six months suspension as it will affect BJCorp as the 85% majority shareholder since VT's direct interest in BJLand is less the 2%,?
