frankly, don't know if BJCorp or BJLand will rise first, but having invested equally in both BJCorp and BJLand, guess I'll be able to benefit from asset disposals and VT's consolidation plan.

Vincent Tan buying the BJLand share in open market before to delist it. Market said Vincent Tan will delist BJLand at 50sen per share compared to BJLand NTA 82sen. Now BJLand only trade at 27sen, it is still got 100% upside.

Vincent Tan hold more than 80% stakes in BJLand. It is very easy to delist the BJLand at very low price.

If VT want to privatise BJLAND, i think offer price must at least 70% of its NTA which equal to 57sen. Now is good bargain buy.

Lol...smart move by Uncle Tan to delist BJLand from Bursa and relist again in Singapore stock exchange...with current exchange rate of 1:3 times from SGD to RM...even if he lists BJLand at SG 30 cents it's already worth 90 sens to current shareholders!

Stockraider, i average down roughly from 50cent since 1 years ago, now losses reduce to few thousand only, because i need $$ for other counter, will buy back in cool down period. Privatise usually depend on generosity of major shareholder and will drag on if no agreement being made. Anyhow i still have little potion of it. Good luck all.

It would be very difficult to privatize at 0,5+ per share when BJC had previously bought so much from VT and his friend at 0.70 per share and after VT had just announced his intention to sell Kyoto Four Season for a USD 350-400 mln profit. BJLand owns 50% of Kyoto Four Season.
