Now, the issue arise, why sudden appears cheap & sufficient volume to buyer when all thinking many investors been caught or l9% leftover? There's also some indication or efforts to maintain listing besides VT distractions.

Not sure if those shares were bought from VT and related companies. If not, liquidity is further squeezed. With less than 900 million shares left to grab if VT's 80+% is considered out of touch, that's not even RM 270 million currently.

If its VT and related companies disposing those shares, there would be an announcement. Given size of acquisition, it's strange there's no news about seller. The stake is more than 5%.

Pridjian is currently an independent director of BJLand, coincidentally he's the CFO of Penta Investment Advisors the fund manager based in Hong Kong who acquired the current lot of BJLand shares on behalf of Macquarie Bank from the open market...very sure they have insider's news on BJLand that we don't have...Anyway if professional foreign funds think BJLand already cheap...why dispute it?

Okinawa four season is at least a 3 years project and BJLand is receiving almost 100 million dividend from BJToto every year. BJLand debt is mainly a result of halted, failed or awaiting court order projects in China, Jeju Island, and Sungai Besi. With the proceed from Vietnam and Kyto sale, BJLand will be basically debt free even with a 0.10 special dividend. Question is, does VT mean what he said? That's a bigger issue, investors have little trust in him.

Lol..history will repeat itself with Berjaya Group's Okinawa Project to be funded by long term cheap Japanese loan just like previously done with the successful Kyoto development...the cash & profit from Vietnam & Kyoto Project will be used for Uncle Tan's restructuring plans which is for the immediate term...anyway with Pahang as Agong...with friends in Federal & State Govt. Berjaya Tioman will get the airport extension Uncle Tan has always wanted...

Lol...the problem is not retailers who are selling it's somebody else...now that 5% has been acquired by Penta from the seller..there's less shares for sale in the market... given the limited shares available for sale at Bursa...according to demand & supply situation, price will move up with Uncle Tan's restructuring plan.

Lol... Basically the big transaction of 5% by Penta has reduced further the no of shares available for sale atm at Bursa..if u have observed that no of shares on the sell queue over a period of a few months... u will know what we meant...
