With the completed Vietnam hotel, Bjland, excluding bjtoto's net debt, is only left with 1.1 billion net debt... unfortunately, market has so little faith in VT that share price will not respond.

So, basically, Penta buy 'quick quick' BJLand from 'someone' only to exchange it at a much higher ratio (0.38/0.30) in exchange for BJCorp shares that it then 'quick quick' sold to someone else. Bursa is allowing it and SC is keeping eyes closed?!? Nobody investigate who's those someone and their relation?

Actually, the victim is bjcorp due to issue extra shares to buy with purpose. But I think SC or bursa accept it with something brewing soon.That's also means no privatisation. Otherwise, Bjcorp board already break rules.

Yesterday Penta was surrender back those Bj Corp shares to UBS who pass their Bj Land shares to Penta for them to deal with Bj Corp, with ratio of 1.26 times.
UBS just receive back their portion of shares from their agent who deal with Bj Corp.
There in't any out market buy/sell deal on this 50 million shares.

its difficult not to wonder... VT said one thing, and the opposite can happen. Take for an example, VT mentioned about taking private BJLand and 7-11 end of last year in public only to be refuted by his board of directors. VT mentioned about selling Kyoto Four Season ended up with signing Okinawa Four Season. Penta bought(?) over 7% of BJLand only to convert less than 5% that's later sold(?) to UBS after exchanged into BJCorp shares.

Lol... coincidentally RM1.4 billion is the current market capitalisation of BJLand, with RM500 million cash already received from Vietnam property sales, the RM1.4 billion compensation from Jeju Korea and another RM1.6 billion from Kyoto Four Seasons sale..that makes a few billions cash receivable for BJLand...no wonder Uncle Tan wants to privatise?

someone dumped more than 10 mils bjcorp at 0.265 in one go on 13 march .this was obviously penta or other foreign investers' doing. the share swap helped the foreign investors unload huge amount of shares without crashing bjland share price.it also signals no privatization in the foreseeable future.

I thought bjland will trade between 0.35-.42 to reflect the 0.37/.3 exchange offer. With bjland now at 0.285, real worry VT not offering much to us minorities... almost want to email the management, but too upset to write one, sigh!

Lol...the last Penta deal was based on average of 0.255 to arrive at 0.38/0.3 conversion ratio...since the current average is 0.285... the next offer from Uncle Tan will definitely be higher to entice minority to convert...huat ahhh "6666"...just wondering why Uncle Tan still haven't come back from China after visiting Tokyo over the weekend...finalizing something like the GMOC abitration case? for even more cash flow of another half billion??? to announce some goods news on Founder's Day on March 28?

Wonder will bj left bjland behind after every bj counter announced good results . So I chg ny portion to bjfood .I still remember got other people ask me careful because bjfood got KR .
Now I proved I am right buy bjfood at lowest instead of keep buying bjland.
As I predict when everyone look good at bjland the Boss suddenly give us a bomb. This vt money is not easy to earn . Bomb here bomb there forever never end con .

It's difficult to expect bjland showing profit when it's biggest contributor is bjtoto and yet it's having an additional 1.6 billion debt. Until bjland collects billion from asset disposal or through court ruling, there's nothing much to see. Given completion of Vietnam hotel disposal, next quarter shall be better.

Lol...actually based on for the Review of Results For the 9-month Period ended 31/01/2019 indicated the profit before tax actually improved by 193%! compared to the corresponding 9 month ended 31/01/2018. Also with completion of the Vietnam hotel disposal for the next quarter, BJland will have another estimated gain of about RM192.33 million...

BJLAND has advanced to re-test the EMA9 level with rising volumes. The MACD Histogram has turned green, while the RSI is re-testing 50. Monitor for a trendline breakout above RM0.275, targeting the RM0.30-RM0.32 levels. Support will be pegged around the RM0.255 level.

In addition, the Board of Directors of BLand wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) has approved BLand’s application for acceptance of a lower Public Spread of 15% in compliance with Paragraph 8.02(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities (“Approved Public Spread”).



Pursuant to the Approved Public Spread, BLand is required to notify Bursa Securities immediately, if in conjunction with the preparation of its semi-annual returns and/or when it becomes aware of the following:-

any decrease in issued share capital of BLand; and
any decrease in the percentage of Public Spread below 15%.
Based on the above, BLand has complied with the Approved Public Spread.
