First offer will likely be on exactly the same terms made to Penta including consideration being in shares of BJCorp. For every 30 ord shares of BJLand we sell to BJCorp, we shall be paid with 38 ord shares of BJCorp shares.

Last friday i saw my broker webapp price quote for BJland display 0.38 sen & volume about 240 millions. it vanished & refreshed back to normal after a while.

It would only cost VT to make a 12 sen dividend payout to all shareholders and he would be able to use his proceeds from the dividend to make an offer of 0.68 sen to the minorities shareholders in BJLand to take it private. It's a very cheap valuation but fair. Anything less without dividend payout is a raw deal to the minorities, cheers.

Lim Ha, I insist on at least an alternative to convert BJLand shares to BJCorp shares at 0.38/0.30 because Penta is receiving that offer. So long our BJLand shares are exchange at premium to BJCorp and we hold on to our converted shares, we will have a chance to recover from our investment in BJLand when BJCorp is trading above 0.30. It's difficult to expect 0.60-0.80 offer price now. I kind of hope that a dividend of 0.10 is declared before an 0.38/0.30 exchange offer, with the special dividend an offer to us holding on while the exchanged shares offer a chance of profitability after BJCorp is able to recoup its Toto business in Vietnam and property investment in Jeju, China, and Sungai Besi..

Lol...must be Penta/agent as still holding 3% BJLand shares on behalf of Uncle Tan associates in order to get a better 5 days average prior to privatisation offer from Uncle Tan? Btw he just came back from a successful biz trip from Japan? Anyway at current price is a good deal after booking 10 sens cash per share from the RM500 million cash received from Vietnam property sales.

Base on VT's disclosure on 27-02-19 on share holding of Bj Land.
His total share is still at 80.07%, have not included the 4.67% shares suppose to be received.
Therefore, we can say as at last week, Penta still remain major s.holder >5%.
