Strange! If penta is to efforts to swap bjland to bjcorp, why open market still a lot of bjland shares?? My thinking is to get bjcorp to issue more cheap bjcorp shares, so that VT or related party can collect.

Obviously as RM87.40 million over 230 million BJLand equals RM0.38 per share...since privatisation is imminient as BJCorp total shareholding in BJLand already breach 84.5% with the latest acquisition and don't meet Bursa listing requirements.. some friendly party/Penta has put up a roadblock to minimise the offer price to remaining shareholders for Uncle Tan to take BJLand private, to meet BJ Group's restructuring plan to be announced on Founder's Day Feb. 23? before Lou Ma retires...

1) a cash 0.38 per share
OR
2) an exchange based on 0.38/0.30 ratio, approximately 1.267 BJCorp shares for each BJLand share
