Vincent Tan know that cannot get cheap stocks now, he has to buy as much as he can when price is low. Free float stock in market only less 10%, price sure will back to 30sen very very soon.

5 billion is issue shares. floating is 15.06%. supposed when the floating less than 30% , GMO should happen. but this is Malaysia, everything is possible as long as you can pay someone to do the job.

Furthermore, It's normal for the price to come down little (just 1 sen) today, after up 2.5 sen yesterday, you can call it profit taking, just like analyst always like to say whenever market down, LOL. Let Uncle VT complete the privatisation of BJLand successfully and smoothly asap, kawan-kawan. Upside from today's close to the nominal 38c benchmark, a perceived offer price starter, is 61.7%, a whooper by any measure. Most of our average prices are higher than the present level but there is still opportunity to average down or accumulate more.

VT said the re-packaging of several hotels under BJLand for listing on SGX needs to be carried out before the privatisation exercise. In the meantime, the revaluation of the hotels, small details discussion and ironing out with relevant minority shareholders, etc etc, presumely are also happening, not to waste time.

When VT showed up during last AGM, I gave him a 6 out of 10 trustworthiness level. After his conference call last Dec about his 'big plan' NOT confirmed by his board, his trustworthiness dropped to 4. After Penta deal without a similar offer to minorities, trustworthiness dropped to 2. With a okinawa four season project before Kyoto four season disposal, to me, he just can't be trusted, AT ALL...

VT had his Murphy's Law moment or rather period. A number of things have encountered serious hiccups. Vietnam projects, GMOC, Jeju Island, Selangor Turf Club, Ascot Sports internet gaming licence just naming off the cuff.

However, he is not out of business yet, is he? By the look, almost all the cows are coming home, especially the fat ones.

I look ahead to make a lot more with BJCorp, the main course, later. BJLand is only the entree.

VT should spend more time to manage his business and build capability than playing small tricks to fool people. Without capability, what kind of contract VT can have? He got a contract to build the university city in Vietnam is also ending up a failure. Now not even know what is the status of the project.
