At current price, you are basically buying the cash of the company, much less it's operations. This is a net-net investing strategy.

What is the downside? Very minimal.
What is the upside? Huge potential.
What is the Margin of Safety? At current price, very high.
Last resort, low P/B acts as a buffer in case of things goes wrong.

So do you still worry about one quarter of bad result?

I am NOT predicting, I just cannot continue buy without need to sell to lock profit, free up capital, and find back opptunity to buyback later.

Frankly, if today WTK manage to breakout its resistance level at 1.12, surging high, i will not hesitate to buyback even at higher price.

Buy low, sell high...if momentum persist...buy high, just need to sell even higher, what i wan is profit margin in between trade.

1.05/1.06 could be a best price to buy...but the risk is may miss the boat..
1.07 is like buying at small premium to possible good uptrend...
if u can catch 1.05/1.06 it would be great :))

In upcoming Q result, i expect WTK to deliver EPS > 7sen. These is supported by increase in log/plywood production, reduce loss in palm due to increase FFB, continue positive profit return from its leasing vessel to Petronas + recognized RM 6.5m one off disposal property gain

In additional, WTK also in the midst to dispose its 93.7% subsidiary GAW for RM 15.93m, to be complete by end of these year, further monetize WTK assets into CASH. Prior to disposal, GAW already in 1 September make dividend payout to WTK for RM 20m to use to setoff land and plant purchase from GAW.

WTK first palm oil mill is also ready to operate by end of these year. Therefore, from next year onward, WTK can opt to process own FFB into CPO, increase further profit margin

WTK is largest producer of timber now if compared to ta ann and Jtiasa, WTK timver volume production is about 25% higher than them. Therefore, WTK is best proxy to timber exposure. Timber is top earning contributor to WTK earning.

Plywood selling in turn of USD have been very good, above USD 525-535 for July-Sept 2016 vs 442-454 record in July-Sept 2015

In additional, WTK is in actual net cash position. cash holding more than bank borrowing. WTK interest income from cash holding almost about offset by interest expense incur from bank borrowing.

Remark: concurrent holding both debt and cash is reasonable as it allow company to leverage on cash hoard for expansion.
