Maintenance and upgrading work started from 6/8/2018 to 21/10/2018 and it took an additional 11 days to restart the whole system before the actual refinery work . Does it mean October is not contributing any profits?

those who are selling now are just being prudent. The risk is higher than reward. Share price has been up so upside is limited. The next 1-2 years maybe bad due to over-supply and low margin. Better sell high now and buy low later.
