To construct a brand new refinery similiar to hengyuan will cost Rm 15 billion loh....!!

But padini retail any tom, dick and harry can come to this type of low entry business mah.....!!

Bcos brand new refinery cost Rm 15 billion,thus even Hengyuan Rm 15.00 or mkt cap rm 4.5 billion not overvalue loh....!!

No dividend at least for the next two years. Doubted if able to pay 500 mil debt this year. Liquidating debts is good but shareholders receive no dividend. Can't understand why they schedule to settle half of total debts in 2019?

Maybe they should look into some new policies of property gain tax imposed on sellers.Imagine you have to pay 5% tax,3% brokerage fees and 2% legal fee when you sell the property of less than 20 years.After taking the risk in the investment,you still have to pay a big portion of your profits so the question here,it is fair?
