1. No such thing as HY hedge contracts all expired in June

2. If HY hedge contracts expire monthly/bi-monthly, will see 1.07Bil hedging loss realised Q3.
The RM 1.O7 Bil is marked to market unrealised derivatives loss, mean HRC will make a total realised loss on outstanding refining margin swap contracts expired monthly/bi-monthly if you had frozen all the spot and future refining margin at 30/06/2022 price.

No worries, if by Q4 end HRC able to generate enough cash flow to pay off the RM 1.5 billion borrowings and become debt free then most likely many people and fund managers will be very interest on HRC

My sole purpose for writing this piece is to prevent my readers from losing their hard earned money or life time savings. Currently there are a few irresponsible promoters to encourage readers to buy Hengyuan.

The blue line is the 50 day moving average price and the red line is the 20 day moving average price. When the red line crosses over the blue line and the share price is below the 2 lines, it is a strong signal of down trend as shown on the chart below.

We don't have liberty to inspect HY account for sure. Even as we deduced and assumed there would be Profits in Q4, which investors would want to hold at present 4.60 till Dec? When we invest, we are for cock sure....we don't gamble for an outcome. That's why I win 95% of the time.

Everyone have their own trading/investment strategy and I respect all of them.

I am here defending HRC which I hold a small position is because I despise people keep repeating their misinformation (Example: KYY Mogas92 crack spread as Brent crack spread) and fearmongering like MM with his/her broken record.

That is right my friend, so I stopped judi and start to invest (learning how to read financial report, supply and demand equilibrium shifting, crack spread and etc but need to admit had not yet learn TA)and hopefully my investment can give me dividend more than FD rate and some capital appreciation.

Since I start to learn supply and demand equilibrium shifting that will cause price increase or decrease and it happen that due to Ukraine war, gas cut from Russia, impending boycott of Russia crude and refined products, many years of under investment in refinery, post covid fuel demand surge that propel refining margin from poor single digit to peak of USD40+ per barrel that draw me into Petronm and HRC.

I have posted 2 articles to promote Hibiscus recently when the crude oil price was shooting to record high as shown on the chart below. That is why it reported record profit of EPS 11.6 sen per share for the quarter ending June.

I am obliged to write this article to prevent my readers from losing money because the crude oil price is dropping very rapidly from July to the current price level. As a result, it will report reduced profit for the quarter ending September.

wti oil can drop from 120 to 82.

Mogas or petrol is mostly use by personal vehicles in US since petrol price high people choose to travel less.

Diesel is mostly use by commercial vehicles for transportation, in industries and also replacement for gas

Since refinery will make good profit in selling diesel hence they don't mind in lossing some money in selling petrol.
Mogas92 crack spread can go to negative.
