Jtiasa is on to a multiyear steady income generation

Next we should see good dividend stream for a new change

Short term Jtiasa might still see Ib banks doing short sell mother share to suppress price due to their call warrant

In some Ib banks no longer issue new call warrant as in Fgv and bplant as they are being taken private

For jtiasa any sell by ib banks offer us an opportunity to buy mother cheap

Yes by all means a genuine shareholders

ask these requests

1. 1st congratulate all Staff and BOD (Board of Directors) for their hard work to make Jtiasa pare down huge debt and almost debt free now

They have done a great job and deserve out applause 👏👏👏

2. Make a request for good dividend
highlight Utd Plant and Innoprise and Taann examples in giving out good dividends
since 171,000 acres out of 206,000 acres are of prime age there is no need of high capital outlay for another 11 years more till age 25 before any need of replanting
So surplus cash could be given out as dividends

3. Concrete real dividend payout will repair trust deficit like nothing else could
so please do start giving out good dividends

that is all
everyone else please think of what positives you can contribute in AGM tomorrow

Thank you

Calvin Tan

Forward PE for Jtiasa is 0.955/(0.069*4)=3.46. Some more prospect so good. So undervalued. Will collect more.

While often used interchangeably, there are differences between trading and investing. Firstly, they have different goals.
• Traders focus on generating short-term profits by taking advantage of price fluctuations
• Investors aim to build wealth over the long term by investing in fundamentally sound assets.
But there have been successful traders who incorporate fundamentals into their trading analysis
I would like to offer the ROE trend vs the share price trend as one toolkit for the traders.
The example for JTiasa below is one example. https://i.postimg.cc/pdcWr2fH/JTiasa.png

While this is classified as under the Bursa Plantation sector, its ROE is worst than my 2 reference companies – BPlant and KLK. So I would not hunt here to look for long-term investment opportunity from a fundamental perspective. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9KhboTCMdEg
But if you are a stock trader, wouldn’t you consider a rising ROE without a corresponding uptrend in price yet a trading opportunity?

All pure plantation stocks are very easy to predict their quarterly financial result.
What you need to do is monitor the monthly production report and monthly MPOB CPO market price to derive at quarterly revenue and estimate NP.

Our existing policy is to pay a minimum dividend of 20% of net profit subject to not compromising the Group's ability to support its pursuit for long term growth. However, that will not restrict declaration of dividend of more than 20%.

Correct
By next year when Jtiasa turns into debt free net cash company quantum of dividend can increase just like Inno increased to 80% of net profit

By then we might see double digits dividend

Operating cash flow of RM350m a year, conservatively speaking, selling now for RM930m. Ridiculously low. Big trust deficit by the market over the management. Fair value is around 4-5 times of operating cash flow, conservatively speaking, which translates into around RM1.65 a share. What a joke because at the current market price, investors are essentially expecting the management will do some hanky panky again.

#Calvin; Contact the company secretary? Whatever for? Does she have equivalent authority as the BOD? What is clearly recognizable are the actions of the BOD. Rampant related party transactions, inconsistent profitability, poor dividends, weak public communications are just some of the issues adding to trust deficit. What has been done the last 10 difficult years for long suffering minority shareholders? When times are good again, who benefits most from the strong free cashflow?

Fully 👍 agree

That was why Jtiasa crashed from Rm2.70 in year 2014 when Uncle KYY first promoted jtiasa.

And it dropped from there till 63 sen (lowest was only 59 sen)

Trust deficit and Insider cross party dealings look apparent and people avoided Jtiasa like the plague

However, being a maths person we studied the balance sheet and see Rm1 billions debt cleared.
Unlike so many telling you how good but later give out Rights issue to ask for monies
In Jtiasa's case we received 2.8 sen + 1.5 sen + 1.7 sen = 6 sen dividend

And since our cost 63 sen it is already 9.52% dividend so far so good

Ms Ngu will connect you to relevant BOD should you ask further

Now the accounts have shown all the cash intact
The Rm52 mil purchase of related palm oil dealing is transparent as Rm65 millions accounted for in PPE

Above all we see very little debt and high Ffb over 130,000 tonnes for Oct 2023

All the trust deficit will still take time to clear and by the time when people are in the clear prices would spike up higher

I will not invest in jayatiasa if not for the improved Production of FFB, postive operating cashflow (RM 300+ million per year) that help to significiently reduce debts and importantly start to give dividend.

Posted by StartOfTheBull > 2023-12-03 11:51 | Report Abuse

Contacting the company's secretary Ms Ngu is unlikely she will help to redirect the callers to the BOD, it only increase her workloads by answering emails or telephone calls.😁

These are some legal above board answers by Ms Ngu

Reason why Jtiasa managed to produce extra 36% FFB ?

Answer: Because Jtiasa Excellent Management worked very hard and overtime by encouraging Indon Ffb fruit harvesters to work very very hard to gather as much Ffb as possible

a minimum wage is Rm1500

but hard working Indon Ffb workers get as much as Rm2500 to Rm3000 or more

well worth the effort as Cpo now Rm3500 to Rm4200 (last time Rm2000 to Rm2400)

As a result Jtiasa will see very high profits

Posted by SEERESEARCH2023 > 2023-12-03 19:18 | Report Abuse

Kesian calvin keep promoting the palm oil counters, while most ppl who are scammed into them are quening to quit.
Everytime sweet talk of good cash flow, land deal, good FFB price, low wages, good productivity all sort of bs, but the price never goes up but stagnant there for the shark to sell their low entry price tickets.
Everybody know that he is promoting ppl to enter during peak till it dropped. Obviously his gang still hold a huge portion of tickets waiting to get out.
Becareful guys.

For FY2023, Jtiasa spent less than RM30m on dividends but more than RM52m on a directors related asset acquisition which minority shareholders could not vote on. This, after not paying dividends for 3 years from 2019-2021. Who is the BOD looking after?

I disagree.

Jtiasa balance sheet is real
Its Ffb is quantifiable and reported in Bursa monthly. And Oct 2023 it reported very high Ffb over 130,000 tonnes

For Kgb all its earnings are opaque and veiled in secrecy.
Its Rm420 mil project in Sarawak till now we do not know the client's name nor payment
Its venture into China is highly risky as China now in economic trouble. For Singapore as well there is WKS Industrial Gas which already controlled the market. I don't see it can compete against this established Strong Homegrown Player

As such no matter how they bright they tell you it is no use if they cannot show us concrete cash

Serba was once touted to be a hot stock and they even expand to "outer space"

In the end?

Sorry, I not so dumb. If operating cashflow is persistently leaked through RPTs and questionable acquisitions with only crumbs of dividends thrown to minority shareholders, I will bail out of my long held position Jtiasa. What good is strong profits when it does not benefit minorities? Compare Jtiasa's past 10 year track record with that of Taann, both managing similar businesses.

@Calvin; You prove to be even more of a clown than I thought possible. Why should Jtiasa price fall just because I voice legitimate concerns about its BOD indulging in RPTs and questionable acquisitions that seem to favor their private interests? Mine is just one view even if many minority shareholders harbor similar reservations. However, imagine if the Rm 52m paid for WHD was used for special dividends, or for share buyback. I believe purchase of Jtiasa shares is a much better use of the money for all shareholders.

KYY used to be able to single handedly move the share price because he can buy share in hundred of million using margin account.
But not any more after he lost 90% of his wealth in Dayang. And in fact nowadays people start selling when KYY say buy.

I think Jayatiasa paid a fair price for 55% equity WHD (owner of a piece of leasehold land with an area of 5,967.10 hectares)

Remember what price did boustead plantion paid for duta land plantation land?
KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 6): Boustead Plantations Bhd's proposed acquisition of 42 parcels of plantation land in Sabah measuring a collective 11,600ha for RM750 million has been accepted by vendor Pertama Land & Development Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of DutaLand Bhd.

WHD owns a piece of leasehold land with an area of 5,967.10 hectares at Lot 108
Block 14 Bruit Land District, which is located at Mukah Division, Sarawak (“Land”).
WHD entered into a joint venture agreement dated 27 July 2004 and supplementary
agreement dated 2 January 2023 (collectively, “JVA”) with Erajaya, a wholly-owned
subsidiary of JTH, to jointly develop the said Land into oil palm plantation.
Please refer to Appendix I of this Announcement for information on WHD.

2.3 Basis and justification of arriving at the Purchase Consideration
The Purchase Consideration of RM52,250,000 for the 55.00% equity interest in WHD
was arrived at on a ‘willing-buyer willing-seller’ basis and after taking into
consideration the following:
(i) the market value of the Land as appraised by Henry Butcher Malaysia (Miri)
Sdn Bhd (“Valuer”) vide its valuation report dated 27 March 2023 (“Valuation
Report”) of RM96,000,000, which amounts to RM52,800,000 based on
55.00% equity interest;

@SSLEE I think valueing the land ownership purely based on CPO output is different if also considering converting to commercial land. Also the lease vs freehold period thing.
