Looks like a repeat of bplant

After long tepid price of 64 sen Bplant suddenly shot up to 80 sen

Stale holders sold off bplant at 80 sen only to see it cross Rm1.00 to reach Rm1.55 soon

So all who sold jtiasa in panic at 80 sen now will one day look back forlornly from Rm1.50 some future day

Last time when Howard Marks started his Oak tree Capital Fund big institutions were selling out

after careful and diligent study Howard Marks took opportunity to buy more value stocks on offer

in later years his Fund outperformed many others and today he is a successful Billionaire Fund Manager

His forte is in buying distressed companies which are turning positive ( but still neglected )which others shunned

JTIASA will harvest more than 320, 000 tons of FFB in 3rd quarter. It is more or less similar with SOP harvesting FFB quantities.

Jtiasa goes ex-dividend tomorrow but does Genine Chain about the 1.5 sen dividend? Not at all. Only Calvin will crow about a few sen dividend when capital loss is 10 times or more the dividend paid out. That's how his screwball analytical mind works.

Genine Chain (and Asanas Sdn Bhd) are closed related to Tiong family more than 10 years ago. Tiong bought Subur shares from Asanas years ago. Asanas is or used to be the shareholder of Jtiasa, Subur and Rsawit.

Mr Market has given a fair valuation to the upstream plantation companies. Bldplnt, MHC, NSOP, SOP, TSH, TAAN and Umcca are all traded in the range of market cap RM 33k per planted hectare after excluding old prime trees. What a coincidence!

Happy morning all

Some facts about Jtiasa

1. It has 206,000 acres palm oil and 1.9 millions forest concession lands

2. in year 2014 Uncle Kyy first recommended Jtiasa at the lofty price of Rm2.40
Told him to sell when we saw shale oil emanating from USA and he sold Jtiasa like no tomorrow then Jtiasa crashed to Rm1.20

3. in year 2015/6 we bought Jtiasa about rm1.20 and about same time bought Bplant and Thplant around Rm1.10 each

for Bplant and Thplant both gave excellent dividend but Jtiasa gave none

but Both Bplant and Thplant share prices didn't move much (around Rm1.20) while Jtiasa shot up to Rm1.80

4. When we saw Cpo reaching up again we bought back Jtiasa at 63 sen

5. Jtiasa's good fundamentals

Above to pare down debts from Rm1.4 billions to only Rm93 millions now

6. increasing Nta and resume dividend payout

7. Pan Borneo highway unlocking it's land value as some of its lands are converted into industries

at such low prices plus high Ffb yield (110,000 tonnes) and Cpo above Rm3,000 and low p/e below 5 makes Jtiasa a very attractive defensive palm oil stock to hold longer term

The ability to pare down more than Rm1 billions borrowings when Cpo was Rm2000 to Rm2400 shows excellent management skill notwithstanding what others might say

and dividends cannot lie

So we act according to real facts and figures

others selling is immaterial if we are long term holders as we expect Jtiasa to cross back up over Rm1.00 one fine day

So far so good. Selling down offers better value for prospective buyers. One question mark remains: management dubious integrity, at least historically speaking. This market is currently pricing it at 50% of its fair value.

latest qtr profit for Jtiasa 6 sen

and next qtr results in Nov 2023 will be based on Ffb harvest of July, Aug and Sept 2023

July Jtiasa Ffb at 110,000 tonnes if up by 46%

now Cpo at Rm3800

combined with increasing harvest cum good Cpo prices Jtiasa future looks rosy

also after debt of Rm1.4 billions pared down to only Rm97 millions we can expect generous dividends

All the yardsticks of High NTA, strong Eps and dividends will converge to make Jtiasa a "Jumping Tiger"

Really amazing power

just two months of Ffb July and August 230,581 metric tonnes surpassing April to June 3 months of 224,648 tonnes!

Sept Ffb results when out in Oct will we still see Jtiasa below 90 sen ?

by Nov 2023 when results out what will be Jtiasa share price be

when things move they move without warning

just like Bplant suddenly moved from 64 sen to Rm1.52 and many caught by a big surprise

calvintaneng

53,450 posts

Alipapa

based on 4 sen real time net profit annualized 16 sen

if we assign p/e 10 for Jtiasa the target price will be Rm1.60

if p/e 15 then Rm2.00

Long ago during palm oil bullrun Jtiasa crossed Rm3.30

All these measurements can change

just hold will know how market value Jtiasa in future

for now market gave value to construction and property stocks with little or no earnings .

Ib banks are pushing a "future hope "

for palm 🌴🌴🌴

we see great earnings and GREAT DIVIDENDS 🔥🔥🔥

Jtiasa wisely converted lots of timber lands to palm oil

now Jtiasa got 206,000 acres of palm oil and most are at prime productive years 💪💪💪

very powerful abundant harvest

calvintaneng

53,450 posts

and how big is 206,000 acres?

just try this mental picture

Spore land size is 177,000 acres and so Jtiasa with 206,000 acres is 116% of Singapore total land mass

think of these lands all planted with the most prolific and productive vege oil crop called palm oil

how could any one miss ??
