If Ceo Syed Zainal said it takes 2 years to rebuilt / Upgrade Silterra---so it will 2 years of RED
Qr for DNEX. Cap. Expenditure has to be recorded and Expense Out.----Just pluck from previous
memory, it will Cost 400---500mil to Upgrade Silterra----Losses will be around 300mil per year
to include DownTime during Upgrading-----My Take-- Come Back in 2 years to look-see-look-see
Dnex Books before going long term Or else 2 years wait is alot Opportunity Cost Loss

Please look at TSMC revenue and cost. Silterra needs to cut down the operating cost. You as an investor also can guess how much the operating cost is appropriate.

Even if TSMC is taking over Silterra, it will at least take a year to strengthen their suppliers, their support vendors, their sales strategy and their product mix and to rectify the bottleneck in their manufacturing processes and most importantly to train and to employ capable manpower to turn around a greatly potential semi conductor facility. Time is needed. Just by putting in place creditable top management, will help Silterra to make hundreds of million a year.
