Operators have exited Dnex. Even Dnex is also oil & gas sector, it showed that operators shunned this stock. Be cautious. Now is retail vs retail. Operators has exited.

USA and allies can sell arms to Ukraine but they cannot move in to defend Ukraine since that would mean a direct confrontation with Russia and the borders of this War would expand and escalate. Those Volunteered solider moving in to defend Ukraine bears no country emblems or approval. They may even be mercenaries..........
