2. NED Tun Noor Tun Razak gets 1,500,000 shares option despite posting on Facebook that during the AGM she did nothing but smile, wave and act serious “kononnye”.

Executives owe shareholders many question:
1. Why sign the SSA when it had a clause to allow China to control more than 55% of Silterra? No answer till today and also don’t bother to answer shareholders. Appears more concern about santai and relax like jamuan and useless sustainability theme than key issues.
2. What is the status of 12 inch fab with Foxconn? After one year discussion still no outcome?
3. What is the purpose of contractual agreement with Saudi?
4. Why give share options to executive that during AGM only smile and wave and act serious? What is their contribution? Don’t blame shareholders for asking valid questions, get your executive to work harder to improve share price

Facts:
NED Tun Noor Tun Razak post on Facebook that she smile, wave, do nothing, act serious “kononnye” during AGM.
This is during a time when all shareholders suffering because of bad decision by management in signing SSA that allows China to gain 55% control of silterra.
Few months later, this NED is given 1,500,000 share options.

What a shame.

What contribution does this NED bring to Dnex? Do nothing but smile and wave?

i have seen it so long already.. dnex really has a problem securing the bumiputra fund. its either government let go of the term of bumiputra term since no bumiputra wants to buy. It's a dead cycle here.

no PNB EPF fund will come in because the government sold silterra. impossible government glc link will come and buy again. so, its practically impossible to grow dnex with bilis fund.

director naive.. i am not here to talk bad but this is the truth. dnex bought silterra for so long already. if bumiputra investors wanted to come in, they would already. now only loan sharks investors come in goreng goreng and have no commitment and no idea how to invest in silterra. no point.. other investors see your share price keep dropping like hell and you got bumiputra restriction also stay far far. truth hurts but needs to make a decision to get rid of the bumiputra restriction. it's a pointless restriction at this point. see proton growing stronger. Need to learn the way to swim amongst the big sharks and not small sharks who only bite and go.

dnex's share price before silterra was ~0.2. If not due to latest issue, it will be around ~0.8 to 1. The revenue and profit also increased a lot.
