No real need to attend agm to hear what FY has to say. Just a look at the performance of YES will do. Periodical ram ups of the share price do not instill confidence. Better let the price find its own true level.

During last year agm..he do promised will continues giving out dividend 9-10cents except ytl land...I'm hold this 2 Belo 1.35..all this juz like right hand money giving to left hand side....no worries about this family's company too much la...if drop below 1.30 will b good time accumulate n keep it.no regret.

I have read that YTL REIT is not on solid ground in terms of its future financial status and also there is a sell call on this share. But grab yr the coming dividend first scheduled -the ex date is 10/12/2016. I need the response from other share holders.

As Francis yeoh given hints b4, Brexit provided best opportunities to Ytl group now to look for great assets in uk now, if u looking for dividend yield, I think Ytl or Ytlp might b a disappointment for u in the coming 2-3 years...but for long term...its company is the safest stock in bursa,I predict Ytl will take lots of cash reserve to enter uk soon...
