Jayatiasa had improved in term of FFB collection and oil and kernal extraction rate compare to last year. The improvement most likely from new CEO and managment improvement and cut down on leakages.

In 2018 Bplant bought 11,579.31 hectares agriculture land in Sabah from Dutaland’s subsidiary for a total purchase price of RM750 million.

Now Jayatiasa value at 60 cents
Market Cap: 584 Million
NOSH: 974 Million

And FFB production is now about 1 million ton per year. To me that a value buy. (Abt 30% increase compare to last year)

The data show quarter July-Sept 2022 compare to 2021 overall improvememt of over 30% in term of FFB collection and CPO and Palm kernal produce.

I am expecting Oct- Dec quarter will also have 30%+ improvement year to year.
