Well I think today uptrend it is related to the budget 2021.
Government will put 15 billions on transportation infrastructure development ( LRT station, Service and building of highwary ) the main benefic for Scientx should be Johor new railway station ( RTS ), Gemas-Johor dual lane railway station, beside that, government also will inject few billions on housing plans such as low affortable housing plans, hospital, and soldier housing plan. Many small and medium property and construction companies will get benefic from it.
Scientx should be one of the company.

Since Scientx main property business is building the low price affortable house, and mainly in johor, it is direct benefic to its future plan.
