Fundamental reports usually 3mths, 6 mths or 12 mths but technicalities are displayed daily, weekly, monthly or yearly by ways of candlesticks or lines. There are no concrete rules which one investors must follow. It's individual preference really. FA investors are usually midterm or longterm plays while TA traders more on shortterm or even contra tradings. The question of whether FA or TA is better does not arises ...... the cat that catches the rat is the better pussy.
KSL's management now have buy back authority to support price..unless KSL's insiders are the real wolves all this while! I might just lodge a police report on insider trading in KSL and/or complain to the KLSE!
rich. the price of DRP will be a discount to the average closing price prior to announcement/fixing........if it doesn't rebound after fixing then there's cause for concern......for now the lower the better.....:))
Reference is made to KSL’s announcement dated 27 February 2015, where the Board of Directors of KSL (“Board”) had declared a single tier final dividend of 5 sen per ordinary share of RM0.50 each in KSL (“KSL Share”) for the financial year ended 31 December 2014 (“Final Dividend”), subject to the approval of the shareholders of KSL at the Annual General Meeting. The Board determined that the 2nd DRP shall apply to the entire Final Dividend. The Company had on 23 June 2015 announced that the shareholders have approved the Final Dividend.
On behalf of the Board, Hong Leong Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that a listing application for the listing of and quotation for up to 37,766,271 new KSL Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) in relation to the 2nd DRP had been submitted to Bursa Securities on 1 July 2015.

I wouldn't mind buying myself some KLS if I spot some bullish turnaround signals ...... and I wish to see some for your sake rather than mine.
And I repeat, KLS is fundamentally sound but technically NOT condusive now for an entry.
