for this moment ppl will feel ksl is better than plenitu but we are look for plenitu future..... Bank interest already increase maybe will hike again on year end.... and gst will start on next year, all of this will impact company liability, project runing and margin also...... Here we choose plenitu bcos we look this company have zero debt, holding high cash and small capital share compare to ksl...(all of this is only my own opinion) hihihi ;-)
Yup. Cash is the king. Plenitude's net cash is RM396m or 43% of current mkt cap of plenitude.. I think it will rebound on tue when mkt open. It tanked because the share price has gone up quite some levels before the results came out just like MKH. So, investors just took profit lo. And retail investors probably think the results were bad bcz of weaker 4Q results. Nevertheless, full-year improved 12% which is relatively good. I would say Plenitude is the best amongst SHL, SAB, Daiman and even better than KSL.
u can check the bursa announcements for the historical dividend payment. Every year somewhere in early Oct, they will announce 7sen dividend and the ex-date will likely come in early Nov.
Sad to say but no analysts cover Plenitude. If they cover can fly to RM4...like they did for SHL. It will take a while la. Analysts only cover if they see them helping their brokerage arm in their sales. Might happen one day la but it is ok to buy Plen at the current price, already 10% lower from its high. Huat ah..
Plenitude very cheap liao. Yearly performance is still very, very good. Just last Q eps was around a bit higher than current stock price nia but you must look at the whole picture. Cash + NTA itself still exceed current stock price. Gurney acquisition is good too, if can make 7-8% return a year also (conservatively) much better than letting it sit in FD right? Plenitude is a good value stock, sold at a big discount, the type that Graham-Buffet would love buy. I say hold and the possibility of 4 ringgit by the end of this year is doable :)
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
