by next year ending, can safe around 2.5mil interest.

tht improve EPS slightly to 0.078 perhaps, and remaining borrowing lets said parred down to RM100mil with 6%, it will be only 6mil interest a year.

overall, if borrowing around 100mil, EPS will improve by near 0.012, translating to near full EPS a year to 0.085.

With tht, PE will be 7.64, buying now near RM0.65 below RM0.70 I think still safe.....provided Gold price not crashing.

I don't have the smartness, I only know follow yeoman, I hardly can loose too much. I guess poh Kong still undervalued now in view of their gold inventory and their CFO. Lolz, long term for this no problem. As gold alwys hegde toward economy crisis. Plus it jump up from 50c. Meaning to say it intention for something. It not easy to get below 60c if monitored from chart. 凡事不过三。 Good luck all.
