Market expectation is now so high now that the result must be justified with the movement of price, if the drop in revenue/result is operational matter, then people will quickly suspect more worse will come. No chance will be given.

If results keep going up like gadang & airasia, price will also keep going up.

Look at Lii Hen, surprisingly good result in 31/3/2016, price shoot up from RM2.50+ to RM3.40. When the result of 30/6/2016 not as good as expected, price drop back from RM3.40 to now RM3.00++

the raw fact is , iron/steel industry was destroy by Chinese massive over production ,and then dumping of steel in the world market . Recently this appeared to have receded. Look like iron and steel industry could have come alive again.

I used to trying to time market, end up mostly all wrong. So now I will buy on daily basis, down get more shares, up then less shares.

It works for me.

zinc price in the world market has gone down in the past few days to 2314.50 and this figure is still dropping. steel companies may still.be in the doldrums. Investors may end up holding stocks with high NTA but stock price may not reach that amount.

Even the price of steel does not go up, it is nothing to do with CRC companies, the major positive events now are Anti-Dumping Duties for CRC products & freedom to import much cheaper but yet better quality HRC from oversea.
