China Rebar today price strongly rebound up from CNY50 to CNY120 per ton. some area selling CNY4,800 per tons, crazy price.....

CNY4,800 = RM2,962 + imposed tax RM350 + transport 200

Need import from china need pay RM3,512

Current malaysia Rebar RM2,700, price difference RM800++

No more chance import from china import, suppose malaysia can now do export to china now!!!!

　　1、螺纹钢上调50元/吨，现Φ12-14mm HRB400E执行价格为4660元/吨，Φ16mm HRB400E执行价格为4500元/吨，Φ18-25mm HRB400E执行价格为4480元/吨，Φ28mm HRB400E执行价格为4580元/吨，Φ32mm HRB400E执行价格为4630元/吨；

You must buy when P/E are high and prices are sold down with no visible earnings.

And then you must sell when P/E is low when Earnings are all in vogue.

I wish to take this opportunity to point out that sometimes a stock for example Malaysia Steel Works Bhd is showing good FA and TA but I cannot see that it has good profit growth prospect because the company produces steel bars for building constructions. The demand for steel bars will be less in the next few years because there is an oversupply of properties in every town and city in Malaysia.

Remember Masteel manufactures steel bars for building construction. Just open your eyes you can see there is an oversupply of properties in every town and city in Malaysia. As a result, the demand for steel bars and other building materials will be less in the coming months and years. It will take many years for the all the unsold properties to be taken up.

The current accounts of Masteel look healthy because of the late payment from developers and contractors. It is like the few property companies which are now showing the good profit is because of the sales concluded in previous years.
