Normally, Masteel will announce dividends after they have announced their year end result Q4. I don't think they will have any dividends announcement on Jan to Feb 2018, if have then is another good news.
From their 2017 Q1 to Q3, most of their profit is utilised for loan repayment, and they keep very minimum cash position, therefore, their intention is to pay loan as priority in order to pare down their finance cost much as possible.
We all hope that management should increase their dividends payout at least 25% with the better business environment in year 2017 to 2019.
Steel price stand firm, ringgit stay firm & demands for steel in construction sector also seem improving...the situation look good to steel maker. Price drop means time to accumulate.

Kesm is a good buy. The AGM is being held now.
