@ algo_trader If you bought Masteel mothershare you can either :

1.) Wait for the NPA & RSF forms, send by mail to you from Share Registrar
2.) Make photocopies of the forms which you can download from Bursa website (beginning 29/09)
3.) Apply the rights via Bursa Anywhere website

For 1.) & 2.) you must fill in the NPA & RSF forms, purchase bank draft and stamp hasil and send by courier (much safer) and it must reach on or before 14/10/21

price for warrant is around 7c to 8c most likely.
if the prospect of steel is good in the near future, then can go above 10c.

Let's evaluate risk and return :
6 months share price B4 ex date ;
H - $0. 87, L- $0.48, Avg- $0.675.
After factoring the RI & warrant , the adjusted prices are
H-$0.635, L-$0.44. Avg -$0.54

Cost of acquiring via OR = $0.095 +$0.395 =$0.49 ( you get 1 mother share plus one free warrant)

Assuming the likely outcome that share price recover after RI to the average level (ie $0.54), your return will be :
$0.54 +$0.20 (est price for Wr) = $0.74 vs your cost of $0.49. ie 51% return.

If steel price remain high and company's profit improve, it's share price may to return to the 6 mth H ($0.635). Your possible return : $$0.635 +$0.28(est price wr) =$0.915 vs your cost of $0.49 ie 87% return .

Sound realistic?

aiya...everyone also become share expert now by posting to youtube.
see so many doing so in youtube. are they really good or just sharing for the sake of fame or advertisement income ?
this guy look 'lengchai' only & inexperience. sharing not in-depth & probably some mistakes here & there.
e.g :-
are banks really personally owning/invest those shares or they are just nominee to so-and so ?
giving bonus issue because company making good money ?

sharing too shallow & obviously he is still greenhorn in stock market.

OR is a ticket to buy mothershare at offer price. You can sell it now or use it to buy mothershare at offer price, it is up to you. It is not warrant, and this OR is offering you to buy at RM0.395 per share plus it will give one bonus warrant for each share you purchased using this OR.

The right issue share and free warrant shall be credited to your cds by 26th evening. On 27/10 ie the listing day , you are free to sell them .

Didn’t you read the prospectus? If you haven’t subscribed, your rights with free warrant are burned . The last day was 14th Oct .
