I remember TF&KM picked up the 558m private placement of new shares in late January 2017 meaning that they drew down their offshore loan of ~$1 billion just a few days earlier. If they intend or have to redeem their loan at this 2 year juncture, we shall be hearing something about the SD very soon.

imo odds for no SD higher, should only be declared after all the aircrafts are transferred and all proceeds received. now more like the entire sale is not even concluded yet.
