Have 4 booking cancelled by airasia, submitted the refund cases by last mid of march, promise to refund to origin payment source by 4-6 weeks, just chatted vf live agent, refund now takes 12-16 weeks, how fair to consumers, bravo!!

When make booking, wanna collect money immediately, dun care under what circumstances, now when ask for refund, ask me to consider their current situation...now i know why everyone wanna do biz...cos sure win all!!!!
