With this simple method, you'll have moist, safe, and tasty chicken breasts every time
By Wes Siler, May 11, 2020

Stuff You’ll Need
1. A pan or pot with a tight-fitting lid. I cook pretty much everything in a seven-quart Lodge Enameled Dutch oven.
2. One boneless, skinless chicken breast per person, the higher quality, the better
3. Olive oil
4. Kosher salt
5. Black pepper
6. Garlic powder
The breast, rubbed all over with kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and olive oil.

Getting Started
Make sure your breasts are fully defrosted if they were frozen. Remove all the packaging, and put them on something that can contain liquid overflow, like a rimmed plate. Apply a generous amount of the seasonings and enough olive oil to coat all sides of the chicken. Rub in everything. Wash your hands thoroughly, and set the chicken aside to rest.
Put your pan or pot on the stovetop, add a drop of olive oil, and turn the burner on high. After a few minutes, that oil will start smoking, and that’s when you know the pan is hot enough. This drop of oil isn't for flavor, or for cooking (the chicken is already rubbed in oil), it's just there to indicate temperature, so you don't need much at all.

Cooking
With the burner still on high, add the seasoned chicken breasts to the pan, and cook them uncovered for one minute.
After that minute is up, turn the heat to low, flip the breasts over, and put the lid on. Set a timer for ten minutes.
Once the timer sounds, turn the heat off, but leave the pan covered. Don’t open it to check on the chicken—that’ll let heat and moisture out. Set the timer for another ten minutes.
When you flip the breast after that first minute on high, the cooked side should be nicely browned.

Serving
After that second round of ten minutes, move the breasts to a cutting board and slice them.
Prepared this way, chicken breasts will be cooked through, moist, and tender every single time. And because of that, they’re tasty enough to eat on their own, with your favorite vegetables as a side.

Airasia is still a sleeping beast right now..once it shoots pass rm1 there is no turning back...my suggestion is to wait Quarter report out then see price movement and grab if it goes low..by that time we will know if it already hit bottom..Emotion usually play around at the very bottom or at the peak.

AA will do the same for domestic flight , i guess..... AAX is international , cerita lain :)

BUSINESS NEWSMAY 19, 2020 / 8:20 AM / A DAY AGO
Australia's Qantas set to ramp up domestic flights without social distancing
2 MIN READ

SYDNEY (Reuters) - Qantas Airways Ltd could restart 40-50% of its domestic capacity in July if states relax border controls, and expects to offer low and flexible fares without social distancing measures to stimulate travel demand, its chief executive said on Tuesday.

FILE PHOTO: Qantas planes are seen at Kingsford Smith International Airport, following the coronavirus outbreak, in Sydney, Australia, March 18, 2020. REUTERS/Loren Elliott
The airline will introduce measures on board from June 12 such as providing masks and cleaning wipes to ensure safe travel and give passengers peace of mind during the pandemic, but will not leave middle seats empty.

“Social distancing on an aircraft is impractical,” Qantas Chief Executive Alan Joyce told media. “It only gives you 60 centimetres (23.6 inches) between passengers.”

He said to meet Australia’s standard for social distancing of 1.5 metres on the ground, an Airbus SE A320 operated by low-cost arm Jetstar could fill just 22 seats, rather than the normal 180.

“That means airfares are going to be eight to nine times more than they are today,” he said. “It economically will not be justified.”

Instead, Qantas will simplify catering, step up aircraft cleaning and ask passengers to limit movement around the cabin once seated.

Masks will not be mandatory but Qantas will recommend passengers wear them in the interest of everyone’s peace of mind, in a measure that is unlikely to be needed over the longer term, Qantas Group Medical Director Ian Hosegood said.

He said data showed the risk of catching coronavirus on a plane is extremely low and there are no documented cases of transmission, including on recent lengthy Qantas repatriation flights from London and Los Angeles that lacked social distancing.

Hosegood’s comments come as jet manufacturers and airlines launch an urgent initiative to convince nervous travellers that the air they breathe on planes is safe, believing this is critical to rebuilding the travel industry.

Qantas said 98% of its frequent flyers are planning trips for when restrictions are lifted and Joyce said domestic capacity would be ramped up accordingly from the current 5% of normal.

AA go into ecommerce, but now Facebook allow small business to turn facebook and instagram page into storefront.

Why would small business choose AA that are not good in even hosting their own website instead of FB which have the world best engineer working around the clock on supporting their infrastructure?

Like china , revival of domestic travel after MCO. + For AirAsia, domestic travel player. Also more people have less money, opt for bajet ticket lagi :)
